I had my wife's vehicle's windshield replaced and received excellent service. I scheduled online which was very easy to do, and made the appointment for 11:00. I dropped off at 8:30 and received a call at 10:45 that it was finished. Very nice surprise. Emails and phone calls throughout the entire process made excellent communication with no surprises. Will be taking my truck there next!

Safelite has treated me exceptionally in my two experiences. Store manager Kelly McKenzie was so helpful. I had a multi- coverage protection on my German car for windshields. The first four windshield businesses I contacted would not even consider helping me. Kelly had it figured out in minutes and I had a new OEM windshield installed. Thanks.

I had a wonderful experience, putting a new windshield on my vehicle. I was treated with excellent professionalism. My windshield looks wonderful cleaned all my windows. My technician was neat, clean and very thoughtful and very I appreciated everything he did and explained everything to me. I will definitely recommend Safelite.

Had an appointment set for two weeks. Day of appointment called to make sure we were still good to find out they canceled my appointment because they couldn't find the windshield I needed. Yet didn't feel the need to inform me they canceled it. When I first talked to them the main thing I asked of them was to make sure they could find it. Made it seem like they could get it. Then day of appointment I call to find my appointment canceled because they can't find the windshield I need. After being put under the impression that they could get one. So instead of looking around for one for those two weeks now I have to wait even longer to hopefully find one. Thanks for nothing safelight.

They were the only people able to get the windshield for my car, and they were able to get the cost below all the other guys. Shea (my specific tech) was super knowledgeable and very professional while getting the job done quickly with great precision. Robert who came in to assist getting the window set was also very nice and professional. I would recommend safelite to anyone looking to get their window replaced.

All I can say is wow. First time customer earlier this week, I took two vehicles in for new windshields before the snow hits. First was my Suburban(big windshield). Chris was my Technician, was very professional, knowledgeable, and sounded like he’d been doing glass repair/replacement for years. He seemed like the supervisor, if not he should be, was great with customer service. Anyways he had my Suburban windshield replaced in less than 30mins! I couldn’t believe it! Next up was my Subaru snow car, which Daryl completed very fast and did a beautiful job! And at a great price! Very happy customer here. To sum it up Safelite glass repair in the Heights has gained a new customer for life and my family will now be taking every one of our vehicles to them in the future!
