Scheduled to have my windshield replaced on Friday, May 2. My husband was told when we dropped it off that the glass arrived broken. Okay, no big deal. We left the car as we were told they would check with another shop for the glass. At 430 on Friday we received a call that the car had a code that generated but it was normal, since it was already 430 we knew we didn't have time to get there before they closed. No big deal. We arrived Saturday morning to pick up our car and was advised they can't fix it due to the code??? There's no code on my car!!! If they didn't want to replace the windshield they could've been more open and honest. Save yourself time and hassle and go elsewhere.

I needed my windshield replaced. I called Safelite, they processed my claim with my insurance over the phone. They said they could come to my house, super convenient. We scheduled our appointment. The tech arrived and he was polite and professional. He just took my Jeep key and took care of everything, even putting it back in the garage. He even moved my oil change sticker. It has been about 4 weeks since he replaced it and it is working perfectly. I also had the wipers replaced. They were more expensive than you could get elsewhere but I knew that ahead of time. They give you an exact quote over the phone before they come. It was a great experience and I would definitely use them again.

NOT PROS AT ALL. I chose them because they are supposed to be one of the best. What I got was nothing close to professional. I do not recommend to anyone. Use a different company. Make sure you watch them. Can't trust anything anymore. My brand new windshield is leaking air and water. They didn't put my trim back on, took it with them to try to hide the fact they didn't put it on. My job was started in the day finished at night. I couldn't see what I needed too. Or I wouldn't have paid worst part is I gave a $20 tip.

Satellite Glass just rocked my world. After months cleaning and repairing the damage from many years decomposing in a field, the ASTRO van was home to many local animals who seemed to enjoy the plastic on all the wiring. Finally got it running and focusing on interior now. The windshield was a gigantic leap forward and Ray, the installer, was very professional and efficient. He took the time to explain his efforts and was instrumental in sharing knowledge about how to care for and maintain the glass. I highly recommend this company and worth the extra cost. I plan to travel the US in this van, painting landscapes as I go.

So glad we have the option of them coming to the house to replace our windshield. easy transaction . Tech Abram was very nice and kept us informed prior to arrival. You see an image of the tech so you know whose coming in advance. He was dine in an hour. We didn’t have to take the car on the interstate with a cracked windshield n we didn’t have to pass an hour waiting in their customer lounge so nice to be home during the whole process. Definitely would recommend

Their online system apparently needs some revamping. My appointment was confirmed before the shop even knew if they had the glass available for the job. Showed up to my appointment just to be told it couldn’t be done today. Pretty disappointing since both my wife and I had to take time off from work to get this done and now will ultimately have to do so again next week. Moral of the story: call and confirm that everything is good to go before driving to the location because the email and text confirmations don’t necessarily mean that it is.
