AAA AUTO GLASS

Had to schedule an appointment with Safelight over a week and a half out. I was told it would take close to 3 hours to complete so I had to take the entire afternoon off of work. I show up for my appointment only to learn that they ordered the wrong windshield! Couldn’t get me rescheduled until the next week. Called Geico and found this place. It was the exceeding of ALL expectations for me... I was booked for the next business day (called on Friday booked on following Monday), had "Mobile Servicing" at no additional fee (unlike competitor at $50 for mobile servicing), received a phone call about 10 minutes before they arrived, and was vacuumed up and fully installed by Jamie and Tyler in less than an hour all before noon (I was not expecting the vacuum and think it is so thoughtful and was told when I called Friday he'd get me taken care of before lunch). I cancelled my appointment with aforementioned competitor (2 weeks out!!!) who is no longer competition because AAA AUTO GLASS has the win for me. They were just amazing, kind, and professional from the first phone call to the finish. They hit every mark right on target and I highly recommend them for any auto glass needs. ***ONE WEEK LATER: SURVIVED FIRST CAR WASH AND REAR DEFROST WORKS!!!***

While **SOME** entities that repair and replace auto glass have only an 877-number listed on their website, AAA Auto Glass is a local business where you can talk to a real person. They took care of my shattered rear window a day earlier than they thought they would--everything was handled in about an hour, where as that aforementioned 800-number company wanted to book me three weeks out. AAA Auto Glass is hands down the best in town. I called to inquire about cost and availability to fix a chipped windshield. Ray called me back within minutes and got me in quickly. Danny and his team are incredible. They are very kind, professional, provided excellent service, very reasonable and got me in and out within minutes and you can hardly tell my windshield was ever chipped. Thank you so much for taking excellent care of my car! I will refer everyone I know to you!

Absolutely fantastic place to get auto glass fixed!! I had three different appointments with a different big name glass company and was never able to get my windshield replaced. Called AAA and three days later I had my windshield put in. Ray and the guys are very easy to deal with and professional. They installed the windshield recalibrated my safety system and did it in less than two hours! I will never even look somewhere else for glass.

I want to inform anyone considering windshield replacement and proceed to AAA Windshield in Knoxville! From Ray the manager and Jordan, the technician; very courteous and concerning of my situation. Jordan did an excellent, professional windshield replacement on my vehicle. I'm an attention to detail guy and there were no flaws to report!
