Everything looked fine. They started working on my car. What's not right is that another vehicle arrived and they stopped working on mine, giving priority to the other one. To me, that's unethical. I can even see it as somewhat racist. Regardless of the excuse they want to give, at least they should have had the courtesy to come out and comment on what was happening. I've been to other places to have windows replaced; it doesn't take more than an hour and a half. I don't understand why they give me an appointment if they don't respect it.ServicesAuto windshield repair

No cars are perfect. Cars will have damage on and around the front. It is the part of the car that first faces elements, debris, and wind. The front roof of my vehicle had some paint damage due to the elements or who knows what (I've only owned my 2007 car for 1 yr). During my windshield repair, the tape used ripped a fresh patch of paint off of my roof. My amazing technician said I could call it in and have it repaired. The new manager at this location said it would be repaired and set up an appt with Enterprise and a local shop. The old manager call to inform me my vehicle paint would not be repaired due to a policy about existing paint damage. Very disappointing that Safelite made the mistake of getting me to the point of appointments before telling me "Sorry, we can fix the extra damage we did to your vehicle because of a policy". The customer service was amazing up until that point.

The technician was excellent! However, when I set up the job, the management failed to mention a few things. First, their default glass is not OEM (original manufacturer). So for example if you have a new Bronco, the glass will not say "Bronco" on it like the original. The technician said you can get the OEM, and they will pay for it through insurance, but you have to request it and also go to the Ford dealership. This is the only reason I am giving 4 stars in stead of 5.

I had my windshield replaced this morning at home and Brice was so very nice! Before he left, he explained to me about not driving the car for 30 or so minutes, plus not washing the car for a few days. After he left, I forgot some of the other information he told me to hold off on so I called the phone number he originally called me from and he explained in better detail of not having any maintenance done to my car for a few days and not having the car jacked up. He was very respectful and very courteous! This is my 3rd windshield replacement with Safelife and will continue to use them! Thank you again, Brice!

I had 2 windshields replaced...my only complaint is that they did not vacuum up the glass on the first car 5-21-22. I had my second windshield on another one of my vehicles replaced today 5-23-22. I asked that they vacuum after they are done.. unfortunately they did not...I made the job easier for them, on both cars by removing the trim, all they had to do was cut out the old glass and install the new glass. My wait wasn't very long. I also noticed had I not removed the trim they would've charged me for it...my bill was $355, and that was just for glass installation and disposal fee. I would've given 5 stars but leaving a mess that could've been vacuumed up.

Such terrible customer service. On 2 occasions I’ve had my appointment cancelled or reschedule. 1st time I brought my Tesla in, they wouldn’t work on my car because it was less than 80%. Now mind you nothing was expressed telling me what percentage the car should be at the time of service. I suggested that I come pick up the car charge it and then bring it back, but nope they said they would have other people that would take priority even though I would have had it back by my appointment time. Now today I set up my appointment since last week but yet today they are telling me today that my appointment Friday needs to be rescheduled or canceled because the glass won’t be in by Friday. They constantly have that oh well attitude and clearly have shown me that they could care less about my business. For a customer who has bought all of my business here this is the last time I will get neglected by them.
