Scheduling is about a week out but I scheduled anyway. Got a call the same day that the service was supposed to be done that they have to cancel because one tech called in. Nobody else can complete the work in your shop. When I go to reschedule I notice there’s a note in the comments that say customer canceled and time slot is not available. I did not cancel your company did and told me I would have to wait until the following week or leave the car with you all day for an undetermined amount of time. Update was supposed to get a call from the manager “shortly” had to call the customer service number to get ahold of the manager and they couldn’t even find the information and had to call the store. I explained that pushing someone who appointment was first behind someone scheduled later is not right and he began to explain that he couldn’t do that to someone. “You just did it to me why not” then proceeds to say we can put you in as maybe for tomorrow for have you down as a for sure appointment the following week. This Safelight is clearly not the best based on reviews across the internet think twice before calling them look elsewhere first unless you want to be led on and treated like dirt. Edit- we will see if that appointment stands or if you all cancel on me again after adjuster long to fit what your schedule is again! 7/1/2025 Great job Safelite you blew it again, tech called to confirm says he would arrive between 1-2 then call and says he need to push me back to between 3-4 to only show up at 4:50. Starts taking my vehicle apart then informs me that the windshield he brought is damaged and the shop is closed. Calls the shop and says he has to get the glass that the person there will not bring him the part. WTF kind of business are you running.

I live almost 60 miles from the Broken Arrow safelite faculty and I needed the windshield replaced in my Tundra. My Hanover insurance pays 100% if you use safelite, so Hanover filed my claim and safelite called me and scheduled an appointment three weeks later. The day before my appointment I receive an email reminding me of my appointment and telling me to arrive 10 minutes early. The day of my appointment I arrive 30 minutes early and checked in. They looked up my record, printed it out and took my keys. I was told start to finish it would be two to two and a half hours to complete. My wife followed me to BA in another car. Three hours later I received a call from safelite stating they could not complete the repair because they don't have a windshield in stock. They have no idea when they will have a windshield for my tundra so no need to set up an appointment!!! Have these guys never heard of the internet?

Rude and very unhelpful! I booked online for a drop & go appointment. I received texts and emails to drop my car off by 9:30 a.m. and to expect to pick up my car between 4pm and 5pm. I called at 4pm because I had heard nothing from them and they had not even started on it. I was told it would be another 1 to 1.5 hours. After I got off the phone I finally got a text that they were just starting on my car. So would they have even taken care of my car if I hadn't called? We got there at 5pm and when my husband went in he was told another 20 minutes or more before it would be ready. We waited til 5:15 before I decided to go in as we had another appointment 30 minutes away at 6pm. I went in to find out how much longer but they couldn't tell me anything because the tech was out driving it around trying to calibrate the windshield. I asked them repeatedly to call the tech and have him bring it back and I would take it to the dealership later this week to have that done as they had already confirmed they could. They refused my request to have my car returned to me. Also they kept telling me that I was not an appointment and simply a drop and go. I said I understand that I did not book an appointment and sit here and stare at you for the entirety but that shouldn't negate that I had a drop and go appointment as stated in my multiple emails and texts I've received. I didn't expect to jump the line on all the people that were waiting there when I got there but at least be squeezed in throughout the day and be able to pick my car up between 4-5 pm as was told to me in email, text and when I dropped it off by the person at the desk. I told them it was ridiculous that this is what they do all day and they should know how long my appointment should approximately take. If they cannot accommodate their scheduled appointments for specific times as well as drop and go clients who are a little more flexible then they shouldn't offer that service at all but that I'm just as important and am paying just like those other customers for their services. I know there are other locations and I would highly recommend using one of the other ones.

Please do not use this company. I had an appointment for 9:00 AM. I dropped off my car at 7:30AM and left the keys in the drop box. I followed the directions on the box and sent a text message to the number provided. I hadn't hear anything by 11:00 AM so I tried to call the store. I was on hold for 45 minutes the first time before I was hung up on. I was on hold 45 minutes the second time before I gave up. After not hearing anything for most of the day I call back again. I was on hold for an hour before someone answered me. When I told them what was going on I was put on hold again for 45 minutes. I drove to the store to see my car in the same place I left it. When I went in the worker had no idea I had dropped off my car and said I checked the key box at 9:30. He goes out to check the box and walks back in with my keys. He tells me he can reschedule me as they can't work on my car now. I ask for a corporate phone number which I am told I just have to call the main line. I ask to speak to a supervisor who is too busy to see me but will take 150 dollars off my bill. Great my 434 dollar service will be less. They rebook me for the following week which was today. When I drop off my car the worker tells me my bill will be 743 dollars after the 100 dollar promotional special and the 150 dollar reduction. How did my 400 dollar service more then double in price? The only additional fee that was talked about in the quote was for recalibration. Does recalibration cost 600 dollars? Edit: they damaged the top of my car during the install. And yes calibration will cost more then the installation. I assume different cars cost different amounts but the guy at the desk quoted three different prices to three different people all of which were less then what I paid. So the cost of the recalibration seems like a way to punish hard to work with customers.

Do not buy from them. They did a chip repair and said if the whole windshield ever needed to be replaced, they would take off the cost of the chip repair from the replacement windshield. That was a lie, when it came time to replace it, they said they could not find me in the computer and later said they dont do such a thing. I had the glass replaced. The "free" we come to you thing they say in ads on tv is also a lie. They charge for that. During replacement, I get a text saying I have to buy new wipers or the warranty on the glass is void. So I bought them and they lasted all of a month and fell apart. Worst wipers I have ever had. Once the service was done, a week later the trim started coming off at the top. I glued it back down. A few months later during heavy rain, it leaks at the top on both sides, both where the trim was loose and on the other side where it was tight. Last, the glass is 'wavy' and not smooth. I have read online this means its cheap glass. I will never use safe lite again. They are a scam and lie from the get go to the end.

Update!! Went and had the front windshield fixed under their warranty for their shotty work and the window is now done correctly and not leaking but in the process of fixing their work they ripped up my headliner and of course the "quality manager" was gone for the day so I had to return the following day and all he kept saying was oh it's because it's old. Well it wasn't tore up when I brought it to you and know it is. He hee-hawed around and said they would have to get quotes and then they would see about fixing it or just giving me some compensation for the damage and it's been over a month and not a single word from them. I guess I've learned my lesson don't take anybody from Safelite word. Let me start with saying don't go here. I had my front and back glass in my jeep replaced after a vandalism. The first appointment was made mobile tech came out but forgot the tool needed to put in the back window this was on a Friday, so I had to drive all weekend with no back glass upon making it home and inspecting the work I noticed a few places where light was coming through in the seal area. Monday morning I drop my jeep off at the broken arrow location and voice my concerns about the front windshield upon picking it up I seen that it appears all that was done was running another bead of glue on the interior side of the windshield that has now glued my windshield to the trim and the dash where it meets the windshield. Fast forward a week or two and it goes through its first heavy rain and I come out to approximately an inch to two of water in my passenger floor board as well as soaked headliner and water running down the a pillar. This is on a Tuesday and I am told the soonest appointment will be the following Wednesday with rain in the forecast. Guess I'll just be driving a sinking boat until the "fix it". 10/10 I would never suggest Safelite to anyone needing glass repaired or replaced.
