Elite Auto Glass

I was referred here by Fowler Toyota. 1) Tony quoted a price for windshield repair 2) Tony called back, raised quote $, agreed on price. 3) no show on scheduled service 4) no phone call or return of my messages and it has been 3 days. 5) This business is not physically located @ 409 N Aspen Ave in Broken Arrow as listed in their info.This is my experience with this company in 10/2020.NegativeProfessionalism

I had rock fly into my windshield from a dump truck and was in shock with a cracked windshield. I scramble around to find a place to replace the glass and ~almost~ went with Safelite; until stumbled upon Elite Auto Glass. It was literally half the price AND comes with a warranty as long as you own the glass! I was able to get scheduled 2 days from the incident, during a hot, extremely busy week (other shops were booked full until Thursday at least) Whenever he got out here, he had my cracked window out and replaced within an hour and a half. They don't overcharg and they do a fantastic job.
