This Safelite honored their warranty on replacing a previously installed front window when what seemed like a sideways thermal crack occurred just a few weeks after install. I wasn't sure they were going to honor it, and was preparing to just have an ugly window on a car I'm still paying for - ( because I was not about to pay another $500 deductible) Thankfully, they replaced it under the warranty and my car looks great again. Thank you to Safelite and the awesome manager there who helped me and put my car safely back on the road with another windshield. They are a solid company. If you need a new windshield and solid service, check them out please. One star loss for the front desk lady. She just didn't want to be bothered and told us it likely wouldn't get replaced under warranty. Otherwise, excellent place!

Great news is that the 3rd technician sent out to handle the job did an excellent job! Appointment was originally scheduled for Saturday, 6/14 and I had to reschedule to Monday, 6/16. Around 2:30 p.m., young lady called to ask if my windshield replacement had been completed. I stated it had not. It turns out the Manager called the 1st technician because he said the job had been completed. The 2nd technician showed up on Tuesday, 6/17, to only determine that the replacement windshield had a chip in the top. Job was rescheduled for Wednesday, 6/18 between 8-12. At 1:50, I contacted to Safelite and was told they were not aware that the job had been rescheduled and that they had to pick up the new windshield. Finally, the 3rd technician arrived at approximately 3:15 and completed the job by 4:10. The job was originally scheduled to take 2-3 hours. Amazing what the right person can do when necessary.

Yesterday, my adult daughter was driving over and Google.Maps told her she would be 10 minutes late to your appointment. She called to advise. She was told it would be fine because there is a fifteen minute window. She arrived exactly 10 minutes late and was told that she would have to leave and reschedule because she called the corporate office and not the store and that was just a corporate rule. She drove a long way and called to give a heads up and make sure she would still be provided.Service only to be treated extremely poorly by this store.

The representative who scheduled my appointment was incredibly kind and professional — they got me in within less than 24 hours! 📅💯 🔧 Chris, the field technician, was outstanding! He replaced my windshield quickly and efficiently, and the work was clean and professional. 🧰🪟 I truly felt safer the moment I drove off. 🙏 I’m so grateful to Safelite for making what could’ve been a stressful situation an incredible experience. I had my windshield replaced after way too long of dealing with ever increasing cracks. The scheduling was super easy online. Rescheduling my appointment was just as easy. When I arrived at the location, the guy at the counter was very friendly and provided an idea of how long it would take. Plus, they were finished within that time. When I picked up the car, a tech walked out to the car and pointed out a plastic piece that broke when they had removed the windshield (it's an old car) and said they had one on order. Overall, it was as good of an experience as I could have hoped for.PositiveProfessionalism, Value

Incredible customer service! I had made a mistake when scheduling an online appointment. I accidentally put that I needed a repair when I really needed the whole windshield replaced. When I submitted my pictures a rep emailed me saying that they had to cancel my repair request because it needed to be replaced. Not a big deal for me so I went back on the website and made a new appointment but this time for a replacement. I happened to schedule the appointment for the same date as my previous appointment. Not even 15 minutes after I scheduled my new appointment I got a call saying they were able to come to me right now or before 4- which they did! Roosevelt was my technician and he was incredibly professional and efficient. Shout out to the Mobile crew- you guys are awesome! Thanks!!
