The window install was fine. But, the woman checking people in named Maria (strong NJ/NY accent) needs to work alone in a room. She is the rudest person. When I first arrived, I told her my name and she told me you don’t have an appointment and I go yes I do and I started showing her my phone with the confirmation then she told me I canceled your appointment! Because you didn’t confirm back when I called you. I tried telling her that her message clearly stated that if she didn’t receive a call back that she would consider it CONFIRMED!!!!!! We even overheard her call at least 10 people and tell them the same exact thing on the phone that she told me in my voicemail. So how is she contradicting herself by saying that if you don’t call me back, I will consider the appointment confirmed. So really was there a reason to cancel my appointment!?!?!?! She canceled my appointment twice actually during the week! I had to reschedule because of an emergency, but luckily, if that happens to you just go right back on the website and reschedule! She kept speaking over me she even stood up and acted like she wanted to fight the way she was speaking and yelling. The entire room full of people heard her and she was throwing her hands up in the air, literally getting red in the face because she was that mad! Then she caught herself after she said that they might not have my window and she went and checked and she came back and she was calm again. She’s going to do that to the wrong person one day. Believe it was Brandon who was my window Tech. I felt at ease and in good hands w Brandon, who explained the whole process in detail. Very professional and very approachable, answering any and all questions I had. Brandon is a Rock Star in your organization. I wouldn't be surprised if he had his own franchise in the future. Will definitely from now on, only use Brandon for my windows. Being moved up to managerial position, would definitely show on your bottom line. This guy was awsome, thanks for sending him to repair my window.

I had my glass replaced at Safelite, and the experience was nothing short of excellent. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Maria at the front desk who deserves more than five stars herself ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Her poise, grace, and professionalism set the tone for the entire visit. I watched her handle a full lobby of customers with kindness and respect, even when met with rudeness and impatience. Not once did she raise her voice or match negative energy she simply responded with calm and dignity, keeping the atmosphere peaceful and welcoming. Safelite truly hit the jackpot with Maria on their team. She embodies everything customer service should be: attentive, courteous, and genuinely caring. Her presence alone makes this location shine. If you’re thinking about heading to Safelite, you’ll leave with more than just a fixed windshield you’ll leave feeling appreciated. Maria makes sure of that.

I went in today to get my front windshield replaced, had an appointment at 11am I didn't leave until about 2:15 or so. Waiting a long time was not the problem. Once I get back the car I go to turn on my A/C and it sounds like I turned on an engine in my dashboard that's misfiring. I immediately turn it off. Had to go the rest of the day running errands with no A/C in 110°+. Got home and got to wrenching to find out this tool was left on top of my bumper under the hood and this debris was trapped in my blower motor from the old windshield. These people either don't care or just don't clean up after the work is done. Will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

I purchased my brand new jeep 10/06 and my windshield was damaged by a flying rock while on the freeway. I was furious to say the least. I called my insurance co and was transferred to satellite. They offered to come to my job via mobile service however I opt to come to this Stephanie location the following day. I was in/out in less than 30 minutes. I was greeted by a friendly staff, while I waited I enjoyed some coffee made from the Keurig. When my car was done I was given an inspection of my vehicle which I barely knew where the crack was. Given a pamphlet on my lifetime warranty. They vacuumed my vehicle and cleaned all my windows, I was also sent off with a can of interior cleaner😊 I couldn't have asked for anything more. Cost was included with my insurance. I left with a smile.😊

What a frustrating company, it's impossible to get person on the line. I made an appt they accepted my insurance knew what kind of car, make and model. The guy came to our house on a Sat said o I thought this is the special rubber molding we need to order it will take a week. Now I'm just trying to confirm I keep getting a hold of this rude lady at the American Pacific location in Henderson I think she's rude but I guess she's overworked and it's my problem. If your insurance is paying go to your dealer or a smaller shop where you feel they appreciate your business and your not a number or nussace.
