Galaxy Auto Glass

I originally scheduled with Safelite because of past usage. Found Galaxy, which was significantly cheaper...and friendlier. Galaxy is small business friendly and Safelite and corporate robotics now. After I canceled my appointment with Safelite, they offered me 150 off. Galaxy was still significantly cheaper. I liked them so much that 2 weeks later, I used them again for another windshield that decided to crack in the hell of summer, initiated from a freeway pebble. Will definitely call them first next time. I wish them much success because it's well deserved.

I contacted several companies but Galaxy was the first to respond. They quickly responded to each email I sent and were very helpful and friendly. They were able to schedule me for the very next day. Other companies were slow to respond and didn't seem too interested in obtaining our business. The technician's were friendly, quick, and efficient. I could easily recommend Galaxy Auto Glass to anyone who needs a glass company!

I had an amazing experience working with Veronica @ Galaxy Auto Glass. I was coming from the horrible customer service of Best Auto Glass (DO NOT CALL THEM! & DON'T LET THEIR FAKE 5 STAR REVIEWS FOOL YOU LIKE IT DID ME) and she went out of her way to come to my house and make sure she had everything she needed to recalibrate my 2025 Mercedes windshield before moving forward. Customer service was amazing, the whole process was so smooth and easy. She had my windshield replaced in 2 days. I was waiting over 2 weeks for the other place. So glad I happened to call Galaxy because it worked out better in the long run. They have earned a customer for life and I will always recommend them.

Galaxy Auto Glass was amazing, from the start of conversations with Nancy for a quote to Benjamin completing the service, they were both great and we are so happy with their excellent customer service! Benjamin was the tech who came to my house to replace my son’s windshield and he was prompt, informative, knowledgeable and so friendly, thanks again! I had a small star chip in my lower right windshield and found Galaxy with Google reviews. Within minutes of submitting a quote request I had received a reply and had an appointment scheduled for the following day. As promised, I was given a 30 minutes heads-up for when they would arrive and they were right on time. Within 15 minutes the chip was expertly repaired. Customer service was simply outstanding and so friendly! I will be going back for any auto glass needs and you should too!
