I went in to have my windshield replaced. The next day I got in my car and opened up my bag seat. And I have pull out windshield sun cover that has brackets on the windshield that they attach to. The cover was in backseat however the brackets that was on the windshield were not there. I called the office and asked him if they still had my brackets. And they said no that the windshield gets sent to be disposed of. I asked if there's anything that they could do. And I was told no and he asked me why I didn't take them off. And I told him I did not know that that was my responsibility. And I asked why did they not let me know when I came in that. If they're resenting on the windshield that I needed to take it off. And he did not really have a response for that. So if they take off the windshield and do not put anything back on. Why did they put my oil sticker back on? I wouldn't prefer my brackets now I have to go spend more money and by a replacement. I was shocked and appalled that the guy would not help me and pretty much said why didn't I take them off. Customer service is not what it used to be.

Horrible experience, don't take your car there , the repair was made June 10th after driving the car for 30 minutes the frame edges of the windshield came off while driving, the parts were broken during installation and placed back like that total negligence, after explaining to Ramon the manager about the issue he apologized and told me it was going to get fixed, it's been 20 days and nothing yet I have been calling corporate and they just tell me we call you back. I will be looking for legal action. Just a quick update on my review so far Safelite never reached back after 37 days of the negligence, I contacted my insurance for a warranty claim and they send me to Gerber Collision and surprisingly the parts arrived in 4 days and now my car is finally being fix. I wanted to make sure people are aware of this company and the manager Ramon not to mention the whole costumer service and complaint department as well as Justin Jacobson regional manager who according to costumer service we was going to call me 20 days ago ''still waiting'' , do not choose this company they are the worst in all aspects. Quick update my car was fixed by Gerber Collision in two days, it was easy and simply. Once again do not take your car to Safelite you will regret if you do, this was the worst costumer experience in 24 years that I have been in Las Vegas, the lack of communication and professionalism it's absolutely ridiculous not to mention corporate they are worthless. Take your car to Gerber Collision.

Jason York is an excellent Master Tech. The last time I was at Safelite in WA State, the technician at the time being ruined by two A-Frame moldings and stuck them on with glue that was shabby at best. The moldings would constantly move with the wind and that never happened before the job. Jason York was able to determine that the moldings needed to be replaced due that one particular tech in WA as well as a protective case on the inside of the windshield holding my sensitive cameras. I was able to get them replaced at no cost to me and the A-moldings fit like a sleeve now, as they did before the last time I replaced them in WA State. I was definitely recommend this tech. The manager, Michael Dean Dickinson, was on point and was able to pull the information related to my last appointment in WA and the front desk receptionist helped out as well. They both promptly ordered the parts and set up an appointment a week from the actual appointment and was actually able to get them install in 10 minutes 3 days before the appointment date. Thank you guys! When the A-moldings ripped off in the middle of the freeway, I was at a loss because I couldn't very well step out and try to retrieve the already broken A molding while risking my life as well as the lives of the other drivers. Each molding would have cost $300 according to the dealership. I would definitely recommend Jason York and Safelite Store #4257. I only wish I had photos to include here.

Was on my way to catch a flight from Harry Reid (aka McCarron) when my windshield was hit by an object that launched from an untarped tractor-trailer exiting US Ecology on US95. Whatever hit the windshield, sent the glass shards flying inside. Being from out-of-town, I noticed a Safelite store near the airport and called my insurance company. They set up an appointment at the Rainbow store for after my return and closer to where I was staying. Super nice front office staff. They took my car in right on time. Leo did an exceptional job replacing the original stock windshield on my perfect, vintage 4Runner. Everything matches the original and it's as if nothing ever happened. You took the stress out of the entire process. Thank you so much!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I had my windshield replaced here on my 2015 Honda Fit this morning. I drove a mile down the road and stopped at a store to inspect the repair. They damaged my car and put deep gouges in it and they also messed up the alignment with my hood and the windshield. I've attached pictures as proof. I turned straight around and drove right back to Safelite and had them come out and look. They proceeded to argue with me claiming that the scratches didn't look fresh and that they didn't use anything with blue paint. I advised them that the blue paint they were seeing was my car paint! The gouge was so deep that it took it all the way down to the metal on my car. They proceeded to argue with me and claimed that they had to talk to another technician, who they said touched my car. One of the guys who came out WAS the tech who did the repair. They also claimed they never touched the hood but I was literally watching them as they repaired my car, as was my mother. The hood was up and they had trouble putting the wiper blades back on and we could see them shoving the hood cover back onto my car. Not to mention that I get inside of my car and there is a broken piece of a wiper blade left on my center console. My wiper blades were in nearly brand new condition when I came here this morning and they broke those and chose not to tell me about it instead just placing the broken piece inside my car. They proceeded to argue with my mother and I repeatedly and did not even apologize or attempt to fix the issue. I will never come here again and I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

The work, once completed, was first rate. However, getting there was a struggle. I had an appointment on Julu 15th, arrived and was told it would take 2-3 hours to replace the windshield and calibrate the safety systems. So, I took a $40 Uber to downtown Las Vegas but received a phone call an hour after my appointment time telling me the windshielf didn't fit and they would hae to get one from Mercedes, which would take about a week. A week later, I tried to call Safelite but their number puts you in an endless Artificial Intelligence loop you can't break. I called my insurance company, who said they would send email to Safelite and I would get a response within 24-48 hours. Absolutely no response from Safelite. I called my insurance bak after 72 hours, they contacted the Parts Sourcing Dept, spoke to a supervisor, and was told she would call me in an hour. Again, absolutely no contact from Safelite. I called the number for the Parts Sourcing Dept on July 21st, almost 2 weeks after my original appointment. I finally got a supervisor who told me there was a problem with their Vegas ordering and it had not been ordered but had now and would be in shortly. Of course, my Mercedes dealer, 20 minutes from the local shop, had a windshield in stock. The windshield was supposed to come in on Monday, July 28th, at the latest and I would be contacted. Nothing again. I called them again and was told it was coming from the East Coast and would arrive by Friday, July 31st. I was finally contacted and had an appointment for August 4th -- when it was finally installed. Good work ... but the crappiest customer service I've encountered in a long, long time. The burden was entirely on me to get ahold of them and every instance of promised contact from them resulted in nothing, nothing, nothing.
