I went in to have a chip repaired, as it turns out the chip is spreading and a replacement will be required. The technician was able to quickly show me the damage and it made sense. As for the overall store experience I would give it an f. In order to get your car in the shop area it must be driven on about 250 feet of crushed rock path which resembles the Oregon trail. There is no way a low car like a Corvette or similar could ever make it down this piss poor excuse for a driveway without scraping. The crushed rock is terrible for tires. When you do get in the shop you find that the floor is so dirty that it might as well be a dirt floor. I had to clean my floor mat after getting back in my car as my shoes were covered in this same white chalky dust. No way I am going to go back there for a new windshield. I can't imagine why anybody would be ok with paying nearly 2k for a windshield just to have their car get filthy in the process.

Horrible customer service can never talk to an actual person. The store number is the same as the 800#. I had a simple question that your website doesn't answer. Instead of actual people they just leave you on hold until you get sick of holding and hang up or they hang up on you. I fully regret ever using this service. Update: I go to pick up my car and there is a 9” scratch! Of course they “didn’t do it” and want to take no responsibility. “Our posted signs make it so we aren’t liable”. No apology, no trying to help just deny deny deny. “The store manager is on vacation and getting ahold of the district manager at this time of day will be impossible“ from the tech cussing me out under his breath thinking I can’t hear him to the instant denial I would never suggest this place to anyone. I will say once you are able to actually get ahold of someone the customer care team members are very professional and willing to help.

We had called to get our vehicle’s window replaced since it was a back quarter window we assumed it would need to be ordered in, they gave us a quote and we scheduled replacement appointment for week out since that was the soonest available. One week later we had our appointment for 8am-12pm we received a text stating window isn’t schedule to be delivered until sometime that day so we would need to reschedule. Have the through the weekend called the following Monday to schedule appointment, only to find out the window was still on it and soonest appointment we could get would be following Monday, which was also the same day they were now expecting to receive the window. Needless to say we called another window replacement place and they were ordering the window today will have wishing 24 hours and scheduled the replacement two days out. Oh and they have more star rating, we’re very friendly, no run around very straight forward, and the same price needless to say the other company will have our business from now on. All my recommendations will be for other company from now on!

My wife scheduled an appointment for windshield replacement and was quoted a little over 400 dollars. The lady on the phone told her it be 900 IF it needed calibration. It wasn't MANDATORY. Then when I got there this morning. The lady at the front, Lola.. Tried charging me for the calibration. I told her it wasn't needed. I only need the glass. My safety is fine. She told me it was policy. So i asked to see the policy. If there was a policy, I'd happily pay. But I know there isn't one. Its just what you do if it's needed. Its not mandatory. That is why the lady told my wife it only be 400 instead of 900 on the phone. Then when I show up. Its all mandatory. So again, I asked them to show me and it made them upset. They were telling me that I was the one being argumentative when I wasn't. They just never had anyone speak up about this before and they didn't know how to handle it. They handled it poorly. All I wanted was to see the policy. I had them call district management and they sent a paper. But that paper wasn't a policy. It was just things to do, a cheat sheet. And I told them, and it made them more mad. They knew i was right. Then when my wife told me just to go ahead and pay it. They started making sly remarks about not doing it. The man in the back who does the work said he wasn't gonna do it all because I aksed to see the policy. Then I was threatened to have the cops called on me after I told them I wanted all thier information to turn into district and BBB Which I am doing today. I was treated with complete disrespect all because I wanted to see a policy that would charge me an extra 450 dollars. As a customer, they should have things like that readily available for us. They don't. And today, they lost a good customer. A repeat customer mind you.. I already had the windshield replaced by them WITHOUT the calibration before. They treated me like some bum in a bar. And it's not acceptable. Sincerely, Eugene Butler III A customer who wanted to see a policy. And got treated like I was the one stealing money smh.

Window shattered on Saturday. Got online and Made appointment for Monday afternoon.. got a call Monday morning saying they got the wrong window, understandable. Ordered another. Tuesday I was scheduled for an appointment Wednesday afternoon.. called Wednesday at 4pm to see if they would make it or not. I was told yes! Technician would call 30 minutes before arriving.. Wednesday night still no show or call! Called Thursday morning to see what happened.. no answers ! And guess what, now they don’t have any openings for 6 days!! Talk about customer service! Never even offered a discount!! What a joke!

I initially had an appointment set for a Monday. The technician was in constant contact with me about possible times, but actually he had to reschedule due to them having too many jobs to do. It was rescheduled for that Thursday and another tech called me saying they had my new windshield but it had a chip and a scratch on it and asked if I would want that. I told him no because I was expecting a new windshield. I then got it rescheduled for Saturday and another tech called that morning saying my windshield didn’t come in with their orders. I had to once again schedule another appointment for the following Monday. Luckily the tech came out that Monday and replaced my windshield. He vacuumed some of the glass but not all is it leaving it up to me to finish it. Not so great. Staff were pleasant to work with but rest of the experience was absolutely ridiculous.
