I had gotten a rare day off work due to a rain storm the night before and really needed to get the leak stopped in my pick up… I called and the lady that answered the phone was really helpful and said yes they had the windshield and they would get me in when I showed up. I showed up let them know what the problem was and the manager Said he wasn’t sure if it was the windshield or not it could be the drains in my sunroof… Him and a couple techs came out poured water in the drains and it was not the drains. So they tested the windshield with the hose and that’s what it was… They got it done fast and that night it rained an approximately And inch and no water in my cab! My First Review!! It's 6:30 p.m., the best thing that happened to me today, happened at 8:30 a.m., actually, it started yesterday. I have a Toyota Highlander and the left rear window slipped inside the door, because of a looming thunder storm, I started calling around based on "Yelp." Every business I called, gave me a high ball park figure, plus assumed it would need a 'regulator' which is evidently the case 90% of the time. Every business said those are on back order because of covid, plus couldn't get me in to fix it until next week. The last call I made, for obvious reasons, was to Joan at Auto Glass Nation. She talked to one of the mechanics (Glenn) and was able to make an afternoon appt.,. I was there 30-40 min., no regulator needed, window back on track, price for fixing was less than any quote I got regulator or not. Right then and there I made another appt. for this morning to have my left sideview mirror replaced with one I found on line. Again, Glenn, my new hero, had it on in less than 20 minutes, seriously, I brought all this work with me, had just gotten myself set up and settled in and Glenn comes in with my keys, I thought he had a question....nope, he was done!! All of it quick, effective, efficient and fun...we all, at one time or another laughed together AND IT WAS ALL SO AFFORDABLE!!! If there were 10 stars Auto Glass Nation would have them all! My car was vandalized and a giant rock went through my back glass. The staff at Auto Glass Nation was so kind and understanding. They got my car in right away and ordered the new glass the same day. I got my car back 3 days later! My car looked like it came off the show lot it was so clean! I called around to similar buisnesses in Omaha and Lincoln; if we had gone everywhere else I would have waited a week and a half to get my car back and it would have been way more expensive. The front office lady was very knowledgable and so sweet. The tech that worked on my car was very professional and did a fantastic job! So clean, pristine, and no issues with the new back glass! This is the fourth time I am using their service. Two times they replaced the rear window of my two cars that were broken in different years. Last year they fixed my rear mirror that was detached from windshield and today they replaced the window on sliding door of van. The services were really affordable, done professionally and on time. We're away from home for a family emergency, & received a chip on the road. It developed into a good size crack, so we needed it replaced before we headed home. We were told by Safelite it would take a week to get the glass. I looked up glass replacement in Lincoln, NE & found Auto Glass Nation. We stopped by, Joan couldn't have been more helpful. I am generally the kind of person that looks for things to hold against a place, I tend to be negative unfortunately. I was salty that I needed to replace my windshield on my jeep because what happened to it was frustrating but is what it is... That said, the folks at Auto Glass Nation KILLED IT, did a beyond phenomenal job with my vehicle. Did everything I asked, went above and beyond with my mirror installation after the windshield and communicated with me throughout, super easy to work with. Add that to the fact that they were a much better price than the other place I was working with across the street, I could not be happier. If you have a situation of needing your mirror or glass replaced, do not hesitate to work with these guys, it was as good of an experience as I have literally ever had with anything in the automotive world.
