DON'T USE SAFELIGHT!!!! My car was broken into two weeks ago, and I scheduled a window repair the same day through my insurance company. Safelight didn't have an opening for 11 days. I had to go 11 days without my driver's window only to show up for my scheduled apt this morning, to find out my window was not in stock. NO ONE called me, emailed me, or texted me to inform me that the window was not in stock! I drove a hour to get to my appointment only to find out the window was not in when I got to the shop. I was not offered a loaner, a rental, or a simple courtesy to vacumm out the glass covering my drivers seat even though I asked. The manager on duty also claimed they couldn't wrap my window for the time being since I drive a hardtop convertible, and it's the drivers window that is damaged (It's winter and I'm driving around like it's tropical paradise outside, this is NOT okay). I will be contacting my insurance company to find a more professional window repair company.

My experience was excellent from start to finish. Scheduling the appointment was easy, and the technician I worked with, Andrew, was fantastic throughout the entire process. Shortly after my appointment was confirmed, Andrew called to let me know that my window was already on order and would arrive first thing in the morning. Although we had originally scheduled the repair for Saturday at 3 PM, he asked if I could drop the vehicle off earlier so they could get a head start. He was very apologetic about the change, but I actually appreciated it—it felt like he was going out of his way to help me. On Saturday morning, Andrew called at 7:30 AM to confirm the glass had arrived. I dropped off the vehicle at 9 AM, and by 3 PM, the work was done. When I picked it up, Andrew apologized again, saying he tried to clean up all the broken glass and probably got about 99% of it, but there might be a few pieces left behind. I laughed and told him it wasn’t their responsibility—I didn’t expect them to clean that up, but I was genuinely grateful that they did. After I paid, I walked around the truck to inspect the work. Andrew noticed and asked if everything looked okay. That attention to detail and care meant a lot. From beginning to end, the entire experience was smooth, professional, and appreciated. Thank you!

Would not narrow down noon-5pm time to come to me in spite of clearly stating I needed it done closer to noon. So I made an appt and brought it in. Two guys working spent 75% of time bs-ing, work a bit, stop to chat, work a bit, repeat. Got to shop at 8:45am, it is now pushing 11am and not done. Worst customer service from start to finish I have experienced in years. Goodbye Safelite. Brooklyn Park, MN shop

DO NOT USE SAFELITE! You always see their advertisements on TV talking about how great they are...... They are not! I had two appointments set up with them and both needed to be canceled because of issues on their end. So therefore I basically had two of my days completely shot having to have this 5-HOUR window of time open for them to show up whenever they felt like it to replace my windshield! The first time they showed up with the wrong windshield even though I made sure to tell them when I set up the appointment that I would not accept anything other than OEM. Then the second time they came out they were out in my garage for an hour before the guy tells me that the windshield he brought was scratched and couldn't be used to replace mine! This company has been nothing but a waste of my time! And I'm still without a windshield! They didn't even attempt to try to act like they were even apologetic in any way or say anything about all of my time that they wasted! NEVER AGAIN!!

We recently used Safelite for the first time, and the experience was fantastic. From scheduling the appointment and confirming insurance coverage to the seamless service completion, everything was effortless. Having the work done at home instead of driving to a shop made the process even more convenient. Our technician, Blake, arrived on time, was highly professional, and provided clear guidance on what to expect and how to care for our new windshield. Overall, I highly recommend Safelite!

I wouldn't even give a star, but you have to in order to post, so they get only 1. Avoid using this location at all costs. Originally had me come out for an appointment then told me that they didn't have the glass for my vehicle. The following week I show up and they end up cutting almost all the way through my window frame taking the old glass out. While they did make good on putting my car in the shop for a week to make repairs, they did not provide photos or any documentation proving that proper repairs were made. Given the fact that this vehicle seems to eat windshields for breakfast, it won't be long before I find out if they did a proper repair or just another hack job to get my car out the door. In any case, if you value your car, do not use this location.
