All Auto Glass

When my windshield cracked I called my insurance company and they contacted All Auto Glass for my replacement. I had to schedule the replacement on a Saturday due to not having a heating garage and it being the middle of winter. Jason had my truck done in less than 2 hours. I picked up my truck and within 15 minutes of driving I noticed my eyes were strained and starting to hurt. When I got home I looked for any distortions or obvious defects. I saw nothing. I emailed All Auto Glass Monday morning and within an hour Jason called me. We scheduled another replacement, no questions asked. The next day I brought my truck in and Jason brought me into the back and had me look through 2 different windshields and let me pick the one I wanted. Less than 2 hours I got a call from Jason stating my truck was ready for pick up. The glass was perfect this time! Zero issues. I just want to say thank you to All Auto Glass and Jason for the top notch service! I would recommend this location to anyone for your Auto Glass needs!

Need a chipped windshield repaired and my insurance company recommended them. I called and spoke with someone who told me I could do their cheaper cash option which would take 15 to 20 minutes but I had to bring my car to them, which was fine. I was not able to get there when they opened so she recommended making an appointment. I made an appointment for 10 AM the following day, and after waiting half an hour, I finally just left. I noticed another couple who was there when I arrived still waiting when I left. I’m assuming they were the 9:30 appointment that I was told was already booked. What a waste of time. What’s the point of making an appointment if you are just going to have to wait around until someone is available.

⭐ If I could give this place 10 stars, I absolutely would—my wife too. After a rock chipped the bottom of our window on the drive home from the lakes, what could’ve been a simple dime sized fix turned into a full-blown crack that spread across three-quarters of the glass. A complete loss. I started with Safelite, hoping for factory Mopar glass for my Ram 1500, but got the total runaround—$850 out of pocket despite having full glass coverage? No thanks. So I turned to **All Auto Glass**, and that’s where things took a 180. From the very first call, I felt like royalty. I wish I remembered everyone's names because every single person I spoke with was exceptional—kind, honest, no pressure. The first gal even offered to look up my VIN using just my license plate. Pure genius, since I have personalized plates. It felt like rock star service from the get go. Though I couldn’t finalize things on that first call due to an initial claim in process with Travelers, when I called back later, the next gal was just as helpful and respectful. She even handled a three-way call with my insurance (Travelers must have Safelite handle their glass claims process, YES MAAM I ABSOLUTELY DO WANT TO USE ALL AUTO GLASS) to smooth the process. Irony never felt so sweet and justified. Both gals I spoke with promised authentic Mopar glass and confirmed the owner himself would do the install. Scheduling was a breeze, even though I dragged my feet on confirming the time while looking up my outlook schedule they were incredibly patient and even followed up with a detailed text—date, time, address. I geek out over that kind of customer service. Unfortunately, I couldn’t make the appointment, so my wife took the Ram in. She brought her laptop, raved about how clean and welcoming the place was, and said she was in and out in no time. She's actually excited for the *next* glass replacement now. That's saying something. (I am green with envy now) And the install? Flawless. They even moved over our overdue oil change reminder sticker. The glass looks better than factory—no streaks, crystal clear and great follow-up advice and input on how to keep it that way. All Auto Glass nailed every single step of the process. They’ve earned a lifelong customer and advocate. I firmly believe in writing positive reviews when a team goes above and beyond, and this one truly did. Huge thanks to the entire crew—you were efficient, empathetic, top-tier professionals. It certainly is not the norm these days but I can appreciate the few places who do provide this level of excellence, and I truly believe more companies should strive to equate the team at All Auto Glass!

I definitely recommend All Auto Glass....extremely friendly & helpful from the initial phone call to receive a quote & schedule an appointment, all the way through the entire service experience. Thankfully they were able to get me in at their location in Blaine the same day. I don't have glass coverage on this vehicle & the price was right inline(slightly less) compared with the other two places I checked out, & they didn't give off that vibe like I'm bothering them by calling or something. I had a rear door window on a cargo van replaced, it only took about 40- 45 minutes, & the techs turn out quality work. They offer a complementary beverage, WiFi, & even offered to shuttle me to a place near by to get something to eat if I wanted. But I just hung out, relaxed, & watched some TV & surfed the web in the updated, comfortable & clean waiting area they have. Thanks again, I am very happy with everything, excellent job by all involved ! This is the best glass company I have ever worked with! This is my second time working with them on my car. Everything was so easy from scheduling to getting the work completed. They worked with my insurance and got everything handled for me so I didn't have to do anything once my claim was filed. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. All Auto glass took extra care and even added some parts that insurance would not cover. I had a ford explorer where there was 50/50 chance that the rear spoiler on my ford explorer would break and have to be totally replace not covered by insurance. They did precise handling of the rear window and spoiler to make sure everything was done with quality workmanship. Thankyou All Auto Glass, I will visit you again if I ever need your services.
