I recently had my windshield replaced by Safelite. It was a great experience, easy to book an appointment online, was able to get an appointment very quickly after the damage to my windshield occurred at a time that worked for me. I was a little disappointed at first they gave me such a big time window they would arrive during but my service technician Kenny called me the morning of and told me about what time he expected to be there and called me again when he was en route with an eta. I would absolutely use them again to replace my windshield

Hand appointment set up on the 18th of this month we're going to come out to the house and install the windshield because of the frigid temperatures they called and asked if I could drop off the vehicle I found a ride dropped the vehicle off they call back in 5 hours and said the windshield they had on hand that they ordered through my Vin number was not to correct windshield We then set another appointment for Saturday the 25th For them to come out to the house and have it done it called me Saturday morning and let me know that it was a 2 person job and the tech had no one to help so they wanted me to bring it in again I found a right again jovo overdropped off 3 and a 1/2 hours later it was done Hope it last

FOR YOUR SAFETY EVERYONE ELSE ON THE ROAD, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! I am not one to leave bad reviews. You can check my profile, I like to give fair reviews. I had service done here in December. I got my windshield replaced. Much like many other reviews, Amy experience was fantastic. Until January, when the seal around my windshield began to come undone. This was within the warrenty time, so I didn't panic. I called and tried scheduling appointments. The robot would not put me through to someone. At first, because the call back number was my insurance company, then it just started hanging up on me. After that, I decided to leave help requests from the website. No response. I've been ghosted with an unsafe (I taped it down for now) windshield for three months. This company can not be trusted in service or response. I hope you do not share in experience with me.

I had an appointment to get the head liner fixed in my car that Safelite cut when replacing my windows. After acknowledging it was their fault a tech came to my work to “repair” it with glue and adhesive. This did not work. Months later I finally get the car in for appt and manger says because this is common in this Honda, that they will now not fix it. Doesn’t matter How old the car is. Fact is they knew it was on them and decided not to fix the damage that WAS THEIR FAULT. WILL NEVER USE YOUR SERVICES AGAIN.NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value

* Quick Edit: Went there a second time for a van side window replacement. SAME GREAT PEOPLE and experience! I really enjoyed my experience working with this shop for a windshield replacement. They communicated great, the woman who books stuff and answers your call is awesome. She knows what's going on and very knowledgeable about a lot of specific glass stuff through experience. I was recommended to have mine replaced on site because I drive a monster truck. I'm being silly, it's a box truck. It does have stamped "SUPER DUTY" on it, so that means it's almost a monster truck. The tall dude that did the install was super nice and fantastic. He reminded me my wiper gears were kinda wacked, which I forgot about. He also gave um a quick fix. Per his suggestion I took the truck, and crappy wiper gears, to get replaced at the closest dealership because they were under warranty... possibly? They were! Anyways, it's fun to have a brand new clean windshield inside and out for a few days! The glue smell for a day may be a turnoff for some, but you'll get that anywhere. Great timely service and much less expensive than another quote I was given. Like $300 cheaper! Plus, this is what Safelite seemingly are pros at. Oh, I forgot to ask if they'd let me smash my old windshield with a baseball bat to get rid of some aggression! Next time a rock decides to take a crack at it first, I'll come back to this shop for sure. I hope they let me smash my old glass next time! I'd love if manufacturers could add an optometrist Rx to the glass specifically for you! Finally, you wouldn't have to fumble around with silly eyeglasses while driving! What a nuisance, right!? Best part, only YOU could legally drive your vehicle! Certainly crooks would be scared off! -Tu©

My experience with this shop was challenging from the very beginning. I never expected that a simple windshield replacement would take 8 hours. I had to call an hour before closing out of concern that they might keep my car over the long holiday weekend of which they finally informed me they just finished. Additionally, an associate informed me that they needed to place a hold on my card because there might be an extra charge if my insurance didn’t cover certain services—this caught both me and my insurance off guard when I reached out to discuss it with my insurance. Now, I'm left waiting until after the long weekend to get that hold released. I found the communication from a few associates to be unprofessional. They repeatedly expressed concern that I might not have the funds to cover my services, which felt unnecessary since I had already explained my awareness of my deductible. To add to my dissatisfaction, I was unaware that they would be replacing my rearview mirror with a low-quality model that creaks while driving. I’m afraid this was not installed properly. This raises safety concerns about both the windshield and the rearview mirror for myself. I now have to wait until Tuesday to address these multiple issues with them. Overall, this experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I do not recommend coming here.
