City Auto Glass

Got my rear window replaced because it blew out on me. They handled all of the paperwork with my insurance and got a new window in for me within a couple of days. They cleaned up all of the glass in the car and made it as if it never happened. The window they installed had a defect causing a distortion through the window. I called them and they had me come back a couple of days later and they installed a new window free of charge which is great. Plus they offered me a vehicle to use while they installed the replacement Great customer service. Thanks guys!

Had a rock fly into my windshield last week and caused it to crack further. Went through my insurance and selected safelite as I've always heard good things. Was scheduled the next day, and I had my appointment yesterday. They had me in and out in approximately 2 hours. Great quality glass and work. Nice waiting area as well. The tech working on my vehicle also observed a few things with my vehicle that needed attention, and it was nice of him to point it out to me. Definitely recommend anyone with auto glass issues to this place. See my before and after photos with the review.

This isn't a glowing review... it started with a phone call that I received that morning from Tony to see if I can come in earlier, informed Tony that I would prefer to wait because I was trading my truck in that day. Tony advised against it and that there is a courtesy truck available. When I got there (at the South Saint Paul City Auto Glass),I met with Tony and told him that I'm going to wait for my truck, because I'm leaving from here to the dealership to trade in my truck.... he stormed off, yelled at the receptionist (and indirectly at me) that THIS WAITING HAS TO STOP!!!!! Mean while, another customer arrived and he waited in the waiting area. However, the receptionist was really nice, offered water or coffee and use of the TV.ServicesAuto windshield repair

2nd experience - Well, City Auto Glass is 2 for 2 now! A rear window on my vehicle was broken in an attempted theft and the first company that came to mind was City Auto Glass. Once again they delivered in ALL areas. Kind service over the phone making the appointment, the service tech Travis was early for the appointment and he went above and beyond the call of duty and it was repaired/replaced in a very short time. In many cases they will come to you to do the work! I highly recommend them for the second time. I called the first number, City Auto Glass and from start (making appointment) to finish (new windshield installed at my apartment building), everything was really excellent. Tino did the installation and was kind, friendly and professional. He even went out of his way, after he realized they gave him the wrong windshield, to get the right one and came back a short while later. It was more work than I realized and he breezed through it like a pro. I called the day before a huge blizzard, the woman on the other end was so gracious and and helpful. They were able to schedule me for the day after the storm. They were so efficient with contacting my insurance compay. I went to them for installation. The lobby was large and comfortable. A tv, charging stations, coffee, tea, hot chocolate... I almost didn't want to leave. I have State Park pass stickers on my windshield and they were able to remove them and reapply them without even the tiniest tear! Lifetime warranty too! I went to City Auto Glass to have the rearview mirror reinstalled on the windshield of my 2001 Edge. A service tech, Tony , said that he would reglue the hanger for the mirror. I was told to come back the next day on he would install the mirror. He installed the mirror and realized that he forgot to put in a spring. While he was attempting to take the mirror off the windshield the windshield cracked. We went into the building and he put with one of the ladies to order a new windshield. I had it installed on August 1st, it looks brand new, and the seal around it fits perfectly! If you are in need of a windshield or glass repair this is the first place you should go.
