My technician, Xavier, was great to deal with. He communicated effectively, explained what he would do, and completed the work in short order. Using the web to book my appointment was easy, and if you’re using insurance, the process is intuitive. If I ever have glass issues with my car, I will reach out to them first.

Safelite Burnsville MN installed camera incorrectly. BMW dealer fixed it. Sent info to Safelite customer care on May 16 requesting reimbursement. Safelite call center called back on May 19 said I would be receiving a call from Burnsville office. No call! Good luck trying to talk to a real person. My advice avoid Safelite at all costs. Poor quality work. No customer service!!

Travelled from out of state with topper on my vehicle. One of the shop guys came out when dropping my keys off with an aggressive, angry attitude, stating that there is no way they can do the work with topper on. It was emotionally charged and strange. Would recommend to shop guy to assess professionalism and tone when attempting to problem solve with customers. Front desk woman was kind and helpful, and asked if I wanted to reschedule. Took my keys and business elsewhere instead.

Jokers…. Never will I ever again. These guys came out to my house for round one… scratched the roof and driver side pillar (refused to admit it was them and did not repair). They finished the install with a warped and chipped “new” windshield… they had to make a second appointment to fix the sprayer they broke… (they did not fix the wiper sensor with a bubble that they reinstalled) had to set up a warranty swap… they would not come to me… I came back to the store after they said it was ready to be picked up and now I’m sitting here for over an hour while they try to reprogram all the sensors they didn’t bother with…. Amateur hour AND NOW THEY CANT FIX IT… I will NEVER COME BACK…. I would have rather paid for a windshield out of pocket. Waste of time. Definitely not worth the wait or the permanent damage…. Go anywhere else but here

The auto glass tech that replaced my windshield did a great job, but I would warn every Wrangler owner that the glass that they supply is not equivalent to the original. I’m not talking about the special Jeep fretting, I’m talking about a cheap Chinese non equivalent that the manufacturer wasn’t even proud enough to finish the edges. There were small chips in the drivers side lower edge that ran about a foot long. Do not let them replace your wrangler windshield!

Worst experience with this company. They came out and replaced my windshield. The installed it with the seal torn up. When I called them within an hour they can’t come fix it for 2 days. Then made it sound like they are doing me a favor for fixing it because it’s under “warranty they stated. I asked if I paid for a warranty? No. She said they always offer it. It’s free. So, why would I care about a warranty? I care that the job I pay for the first time is done correctly. She continued to argue the point of they won’t charge me to come fix it (fix their incorrect installation) because it’s under warranty. Seriously. Worst company ever. How about you don’t offer a free warranty and your big selling point and focus on doing the job correctly the first time. Never use them. Read reviews from multiple places. They actually have way more poor reviews than positive.
