Generally, I only write positive reviews and places that I don't have good experiences with. I just don't go back. I had never heard of the company, but it was highly recommended by my insurance agent. So, like most people do today, I went online and read the reviews. I saw one that concerned me about a mirror cover not being replaced and the customer being lied to. But I thought I would trust my agent. Well, when I got there, I wasn't impressed with the waiting area and should have taken that as cue. No receptionist or a visible bathroom. But I get it, it helps to save cost in this economy. I was greeted by the window technician whom I exchanged keys with and took the loaner car. He said it would be about an hour and a half. Soon after, my wife got a call that my car was ready. When I got there, I was told that the collision safety system was not able to be calibrated, and I would need to come back for another appointment. I asked when, and he said that my wife would get an email with the information. I just bought the car a few months ago, new with only 34 miles on it, and the safety features were a big part of that purchase. When I got home, my wife told me that they had to get another windshield from the Nissan dealership because the new one they put in was defective. And it would be almost a week to get another appointment. Suff happens. I just didn't get why they couldn't tell me that when I picked it up. They lied to me that it just needed to be calibrated. They said nothing about having to put a second windshield in. When I went for the second appointment, the technician gave me the keys again for the loaner and said he would call when it was done. I said the number you have is my wife's, to which he said why is it not the person who is dropping off the car but he would get a pencil to take my number. I should have said, " If it was fixed the first time, I would not have to be there dropping it off again," but I didn't. He said it would be an hour, and it was less than that to get it fixed this time. When I returned after his call, I sensed that he may have been aware of how I felt about the early interaction and was friendly. They did a great job the second trip, and if they didn't lie the first time, I would use them again. But like I said earlier, I wouldn't go back to any place where I didn't get the quality I expected the 1st time.

Matt did an excellent job replacing the windshield quickly. Customer service also did an excellent job getting my insurance on the line to cover the deductible.
