Scheduled and appointment online and was given a time slot. Day of appointment someone called and stated that my tech would be to my home at 4:20. No one ever showed up or called. When I called to see what was going on I was not given any helpful information. Only told that I can reschedule my appointment if I wanted to and someone from the shop "might" call me to make things right in the morning. Terrible service. EDIT: My apologies my experience was with the Roseville location! However I did call and was basically told that I was lying. No attempt whatsoever to make things right.

SERVICES: Windshield & wiper replacement, scheduled a week in advance, chose the self-pay option, paid online ahead of time. EXPERIENCE: I couldn't believe how smooth everything was — no extra paperwork, quiet waiting room, and they had my car back to me & looking great in 45 mins. Nice! I was worried when I read the reviews beforehand, but this was super simple & straightforward for me. So thank you, guys — hopefully your reviews bounce back & start reflecting the experience I had!

Avoid at all costs. Poor workmanship. They do not honor their warranty! Had them come install my windshield. They installed the windshield, but they broke the cowl gasket. They did not notice the issue during pre-inspection, during nor after inspection. No note of it at all. I called for a warranty inspection for poor workmanship. 4 days later, during the warranty inspection, they assured it was damaged before installation due to wear and tear. How did that issue not get noticed during the entire process? No communication throughout the process. Believe the poor reviews. The service is poor. If you do go through them, make sure to take multiple pictures before and check up on them throughout the process.

Safelite was the preferred glass dealer from our insurance company and I'm glad they were. Due to the cold they were able to come and get our vehicle bring it to their shop and do the glass replacement. Would have been a huge headache to get there and back for my wife and I with work and kids schedules. They even called the day after to follow up on the work they did to make sure there were no issues. Would go back and use them again and again. Thanks!

Unfortunately we did have to bring our vehicle back to fix the rain sensor on our vehicle after having the windshield replaced. The original service was conducted at our son's home but we had to bring it to Safelite for the problem to be corrected which was about a half hour away. This should have been resolved at our son's home so we were not inconvenienced by bringing it in for the service that should have been done correctly in the 1st place. I will say however that the service was conducted efficiently when we did bring it to Safelite. The people at Safelite were pleasant and efficient

If 0 stars was an option, that would be my choice. There is a reason this location has so many negative reviews, THEY ARE THAT BAD. My initial contact with Safelite started 10/04 when a rep from their call center scheduled my service. I was very specific that my glass was still in tact and that my hinges were the issue. The rep assured me he understood and my service was scheduled for the next day Thursday 10/05 at 2:00pm. I dropped my keys off at 2:00 and was told I'd get text messages updates about the progress. By 4:30pm I heard nothing and started to get worried so I called. The CS # is for a call center and it took them 10 mins to get to somebody in the store. That person then informs me they were able to do nothing with my vehicle because they didn't know the issue was hinges and they didn't have that part. The Asst. Mgr does the ordering and she was already gone for the day so they wouldn't be able to order them until next day and they weren't sure when they would come in but I have 15 mins to get to the store to pick my vehicle up because they close at 5. I get to the store and they had already locked the door but the I was let in where I met the manager Ty. Ty tells me what I was told over the phone and then hands me a "crash wrap waiver to sign." The waiver voids them of any liability to damages to my vehicle. Now this is where things get suspicious- Ty explains it as the crash wrap is safe on my car for up to 3 days. I said well its Thursdays night the part needed can't even be ordered til tomorrow + the weekend that's 3 days right there and without a future appointment schedules who knows how long it will be on there. Ty then said he's seen crash wrap on cars for longer (8 days) but if I refuse to sign the form, they'd have to remove it. I was comfortable with them removing the crash wrap as long as they put back the plastic wrap I had up there when I came in. They couldn't do that, it was in the garbage. As it was literally about to rain (it started raining about 30 mins later) I "signed" the form and wrote on their that I'd like a district manager to call me. Do you think I heard from anyone on Friday NOPE! On Monday the 9th Tanya called me to tell me she ordered the hinges. I let her know that I'd given up on them, my appointment with a different company was already scheduled. I explained to her what happened, reiterated my request for a DM to call me and she was apologetic and listened. The only shining light to my experience so far. I hadn't heard from anyone since until the 14th of October when I got an appointment service update telling me my appointment was scheduled for 10/25/23. I couldn't believe it. Anyways it's the 23rd, I've heard from no one. I wouldn't recommend anyone to Safelite Brooklyn Park. Tell your insurance anywhere but there.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
