Tried 3 times with Safelite. No humans to talk to and they won’t talk to your insurance about anything unless you add a credit card 1st. Um.. NOPE! Luther was able to come out within 4 days and contacted my insurance with me on the phone. Also had my auto info because we bought from a Luther dealership. In less than 24 hours, they had both windows replaced. They handled the insurance part for me and had my car back to its former glory in short order! Thanks Phil and Curt! Luther will be my first call every time
