Scheduling the windshield replacement was very easy on the website. I received a call from the technician earlier in the day of the appointment as he was able to take care the replacement sooner. The replacement went smoothly and quickly, absolutely no problems. The repair was covered by our insurance!ServicesAuto windshield replacementPrice assessmentGreat price

Amazing service! The wind broke my rear view window and I went to this location and they accommodated me so well! The earliest time on the website was Wednesday but they were able to get the job done Monday! They were understaffed and overflowing with customers but they squeezed me in. I really appreciated everything Kerry and fellow staff did for me! Highly recommend this place!

I had thought by going with Safelite or reputable company. The things would work out just fine. So you guys said I needed to have my crack repaired. You said that that repair comes with a warranty. My crack has now spread all across my windshield and I cannot get in touch with you all in order to get you all to fulfill the warranty so it makes the Warranty moot.

so my wife and I booked a last minute vacay overseas and parked in a park and fly at an airport hotel. I get a call the night after we arrived and was told a storm had smashed my rear window (Honda CRV). I immediately called my insurance company (AAA - a whole different story there) and they automatically funnel you to Safelite. Since we were overseas we had the car keys and we were gone for a week. I spent an hour on the phone working through things and said to the safelite person that about half the window was blown in and could they do the replacement in the parking lot before I got home a week later. She called the shop that would do the service and clearly said they could do the job in the parking lot without the key and could schedule us on the day of our return (we were to return at 1130 pm). The day of our return I call safelite to verify all is good to go and spoke directly to the technician who would do the job (Jeremy). Jeremy assured me it was no problem to do the job without the key and we were all set. Then about a half an hour from boarding our first flight home a get a text msg from safelite saying the appointment had been rescheduled for 4 days later. We live 2 hours from the airport so to have an appointment at the airport 4 days later made no sense for us. We didn't want to drive home 2 hours with a shattered rear window. We were told it was because the tech Jeremy couldn't get a hold of us. Every phone call on the island went through just fine. Then Jeremy said he went to the car and determined he couldn't do it and forgot to call us. Well no record of his showing up (hotel staff would have had to let him in) and the plastic and tape job the hotel did was untouched. Another lie. On top of that the general safelite office and I could not reach the safelite shop that was supposed to do the work - they would not answer the phone. When the central safelite person finally got the shop to pick up and jump on the line with me, the shop hung up. Central safelite called again and the shop picked up the phone and immediately hung up. So we get in at the airport, car still smashed, and start calling in the next morning (we got in at 1130 pm). Takes multiple hours to finally get another safelite shop to say they would be able to do a crash wrap to get us back home. Had AAA tow the car to the different safelite shop. Quickly and efficiently I got a crash wrap. We headed home in the afternoon and 10 miles into our trip (going under the speed limit) the crash wrap comes undone. Sighs. Make it home, had appointment with a safelite shop in my hometown. Seemed fine - except at pickup I immediately see a handful of broken glass easily visible and showed it to the tech. A couple days later I went to the carwash with vacuum - about 30 pieces of glass in total. The whole experience was generally unprofessional (especially the one St. Louis shop) and unpleasant. Cannot really recommend.

Manager needs some customer service learning. I had a scheduled appointment for them to come to my work to replace the windshield. The technician called to let me know the windshield never came in so they would need to reschedule and the manager would give me a call to do that. The manager never called me so I went on the website to reschedule, that didn’t bother me, things happen. But then comes my reschedule date and they NO SHOW and didn’t call me so I call and I’m on hold for 20 minutes to find out the manager once again was supposed to call me because the windshield came in damaged. It is very frustrating when the Safelite manager doesn’t communicate to you!

Worst auto repair experience I've ever had. Pre paid and made an home appointment for a Wednesday. They canceled for damaged glass. Made another for the next day. They cancelled for damaged glass again. Made an appointment at the shop for the next day, Friday now. Went in and they replaced my windshield. After I left I noticed they forgot to tighten my review mirror. Got home and went to find the phone number and noticed the pre auth receipt in my email. It said I owed another $364 on top of what I had already paid. No one ever mentioned that in the store. And customer service couldn't see a receipt that I got off their own website from an email they sent me. I'm still waiting to see if it tries to clear my account. No call back from anyone at all saying if that receipt was in error or not. Whole thing wound being an absolute customer service joke on my end. Stay away and go somewhere else.ServicesAuto windshield repair
