John replaced the windshield on my 2012 Kia Sorento LX on 04/01/2025 & he did such a great job! He communicated with me throughout the entire process, from the time he first called to confirm our appointment time frame, down to the moment he left. He worked quickly, efficiently, and answered any questions I had. I appreciate the hard work he put in to get a new windshield on my car!

They did a great job fully replacing my windshield, which I was pretty nervous about having done. Appointment was scheduled quickly and easily and John was very quick to reinstall the windshield and was super professional. I have had zero problems with it and it has rained a good bit since then and I’ve had no problems with the front camera since they recalibrated that too. Will definitely use them in the future and would recommend to all my friends and family!

Terrible service, damage was done to the hood of my truck and waited over a month for a response. I was told that they would reach out and get back to me with an update and nothing ever happened. I reached out to Safelite multiple times and was told that the district manager would reach out but that did not happen as well. Do not use this shop or this company as they only care about money and not the customer. I feel as though I wasted my time and my money paying for a new windshield. Very disappointed in this shop and with Safelite as a company.

I scheduled an appointment online for them to come to my house and repair a crack in the windshield. While they showed up on the later end of the window the technician did call to explain and let me know and then showed up on time like he said. He showed up, explained that it wasn't going to completely remove the crack but mostly disguise it and prevent it from spreading, then he did his work in a timely manner. And it was all fairly reasonably priced so I will probably do business with them again should we have other problems.PositiveQuality, Value

Easy process to get my windshield replaced. Website was easy to navigate and schedule. Things only got easier after that. The morning of the scheduled day, I received a call from Jason about when I was scheduled. He arrived right on time and keep me up to date with everything. Very polite and professional and the job was done well. Very pleased with the whole experience.

I just went through 2 appointments that Safelite could not keep, so both were useless as is customer service there. The first appointment was rescheduled, but the night before…so it was inconvenient. However this appointment they had confirmed was good the day before, and on the day of they confirmed again. They sent a photo of the tech I was supposed to see come replace my windshield. Another confirmation. Then, nothing, not a single phone call, no text, no email from safelite. After waiting very nearly the end of my appointment window of 1–6 pm., I tried calling to see when my tech would be there, and I couldn’t reach anybody. The recording said to call back during business hours till 5:00 pm (most days, as I recall). I tried several times to reach someone yesterday and was unable to. I tried calling them after 6:00, still couldn’t reach anyone. This am I called another place, got a much better quote, and tentatively made an appointment with this local place. But safelite didn’t get that I would be upset with them for cancelling my other 2 appointments and they assumed I wanted to go ahead and reschedule. I had to cancel this 3rd attempt at making an appointment, I can’t afford to keep putting off stuff in order to be at home with the car. Disappointed Cliff
