I highly recommend SafePro they was are absolutely awesome! They were great helping me coordinate to ensure that the appointment went as smooth as possible since I was driving 2 1/2 hours to get my windshield done. Prices for windshields were $70-$80 cheaper than where I live (since I have a hybrid it saved me money driving down there). My app was scheduled for between 10am -12 and when I arrived Doug called Daniel to let him know I was there. Daniel said he would be there by 12:30pm but to my surprise Daniel was early (11:45). Best experience I could of experienced hands down. Thank you SafePro for the great customer service, professionalism, and quick service, keep up the good work! ****SUPER SERVICE **** I had two HUGE cracks down the middle of my windshield. I came across “New Image Auto Glass “ during my rampage of trying to collect the best reviews/quotes *since we were paying out of pocket.* Julio A. our sales Rep with “Safepro Auto Glass” (same or sister company that uses Safepro techs ) called me back right away even though it was almost closing time on a Monday afternoon. He was courteous, willing to help . I ended the chat with “ I’ll get back to you, need to go over it with husband “ Not only that but was hoping I got a few more quotes back from other companies. Next morning I got quoted higher from other companies So We gave a call back to Safepro, Julio was able to book a next day work order and we had the choice to go in shop or home/office with no extra cost. Enrique L. Was our technician who came out to our home. He got right to work, took no more than 20 min to replace our windshield . He was fast, friendly ————— After Safepro was done “Complete Calibrations” came out to provide ADAS calibration. They are provided in the cost by Safepro *Great workers . Was able to get done in less than 40min all depends on your car… Bryan from that company noticed my Rear view mirror no longer held on to the new windshield well (heatwave 🥵related ) this sun is brutal!!!! Told me to contact safepro back so I can get that fixed … I called them right away and got in contact with -Kay- From Safepro Service department . I sent her a few photos of the mirror and she right away got back to me letting me know Enrique our tech can come back and re secure it. •it did Help that he was about 10 minutes away/easy fix. it is now back in its place and all is well . •OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! From beginning to end . Couldn’t ask for more . This family owned Auto glass company Are dedicated to what they do. A pillar covers were misaligned after the install. Interior parts were falling off and wires exposed. I called to notify them. They said they were sending a senior installer the next day. He came not to fix it but to take pictures. I did not hear back so called the next day. Manager was out they would have him call tomorrow. Still waiting 4 days later. *Update* I called them after a full week and was told oh I think your parts just came in. What parts? What was the problem? Nobody has communicated with me. Eventually they sent a subcontractor who corrected the issue. The rating is for having to have 3 appointments instead 1 and the non-communication. I still have the visible wire going to the mirror. Lesson learned. Don’t try to be noble and support local business. Just go with Safelight.

Had my rear window shattered last November. Was driving on the I-10 east bound. I called them the next day and they were able to get me a rear window at a very good price. They were even willing to drive to my location the next day to have it installed but it was an emergency I drove to their location in Chandler and had it installed there. Safepro Will now be my go to for auto glass. I will use them to replace my cracked windshield in the next month.

I can’t say enough about the amazing experience I had with SafePro Auto Glass in Ahwatukee. I was unsure of my insurance and everyone (and I mean everyone) was so nice and helpful and walked me through the whole process. I felt so bad and kept apologising that I was delaying them but they were patient, kind, very professional and assisted with my phone call with the insurance and thanks to them, I found out my front windshield was covered under my AAA insurance. The replacement was fast and my windshield is now fixed. I am so happy I found SafePro Auto Glass!! Thank you to the entire staff for everything! ❤️Alyssa
