I can’t say enough about the amazing experience I had with SafePro Auto Glass in Ahwatukee. I was unsure of my insurance and everyone (and I mean everyone) was so nice and helpful and walked me through the whole process. I felt so bad and kept apologising that I was delaying them but they were patient, kind, very professional and assisted with my phone call with the insurance and thanks to them, I found out my front windshield was covered under my AAA insurance. The replacement was fast and my windshield is now fixed. I am so happy I found SafePro Auto Glass!! Thank you to the entire staff for everything! ❤️Alyssa

I highly recommend SafePro they was are absolutely awesome! They were great helping me coordinate to ensure that the appointment went as smooth as possible since I was driving 2 1/2 hours to get my windshield done. Prices for windshields were $70-$80 cheaper than where I live (since I have a hybrid it saved me money driving down there). My app was scheduled for between 10am -12 and when I arrived Doug called Daniel to let him know I was there. Daniel said he would be there by 12:30pm but to my surprise Daniel was early (11:45). I think you can tell a lot about a business when it's something simple that needs doing and it becomes challenging. They not only do the work compently, but are willing to go the extra mile to help you out. SafePro not only rose to the challenge but exceeded my expectations! On my first vacation to Arizona to visit friends who recently moved there and to get away from it all before Christmas hits, the greatest horror befallen my vehicle. Okay maybe the second or third greatest horror. We stayed in Sedona, Az where temps got into the low low 30s... But anyways, the next day we got up and left the house for our hour and half drive down to Phoenix and the temps were still in the low low 30s. Net realizing you shouldn't do this, I turn on the heat in the car on high so we don't freeze to death and you guessed it, cracked my front windshield. Now the first pick doesn't seem that bad, but the crack was well over 10 inches long. Refusing to ride around with this "Scarlett letter" on my car, I called several local spots and came across SafePro who offered the best deal I could get at the time (cheaper than going through my insurance). The following day I took my vehicle to their physical location, they did the deed and replaced my front window in little over an hour. The staff was very friendly and understanding; understanding of my situation and me being rather bougie at times. Provided excellent work backed with an awesome warranty. Can't thank them enough for keeping this mini vacation a happy one... Though I didn't have to spend extra money.

****SUPER SERVICE **** I had two HUGE cracks down the middle of my windshield. I came across “New Image Auto Glass “ during my rampage of trying to collect the best reviews/quotes *since we were paying out of pocket.* Julio A. our sales Rep with “Safepro Auto Glass” (same or sister company that uses Safepro techs ) called me back right away even though it was almost closing time on a Monday afternoon. He was courteous, willing to help . I ended the chat with “ I’ll get back to you, need to go over it with husband “ Not only that but was hoping I got a few more quotes back from other companies. Next morning I got quoted higher from other companies So We gave a call back to Safepro, Julio was able to book a next day work order and we had the choice to go in shop or home/office with no extra cost. Enrique L. Was our technician who came out to our home. He got right to work, took no more than 20 min to replace our windshield . He was fast, friendly ————— After Safepro was done “Complete Calibrations” came out to provide ADAS calibration. They are provided in the cost by Safepro *Great workers . Was able to get done in less than 40min all depends on your car… Bryan from that company noticed my Rear view mirror no longer held on to the new windshield well (heatwave 🥵related ) this sun is brutal!!!! Told me to contact safepro back so I can get that fixed … I called them right away and got in contact with -Kay- From Safepro Service department . I sent her a few photos of the mirror and she right away got back to me letting me know Enrique our tech can come back and re secure it. •it did Help that he was about 10 minutes away/easy fix. it is now back in its place and all is well . •OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! From beginning to end . Couldn’t ask for more . This family owned Auto glass company Are dedicated to what they do.
