Ross Auto Glass came highly recommended and they did not disappoint!! This was one of the best experiences. After getting several quotes, Ross offered the lowest price by almost $100!!! The only negative - I was given a timeframe and they were late by more than 3 hours. I did all of the communicating to get updates. But, the cost savings MORE than balanced the wait! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

These guys are super nice and try their best to make you happy. After they replaced my windshield, it leaked a tiny bit. Had to get the guys to come out twice. The first guy did a very sloppy job. I had glue everywhere in and outside of my car. There was a chip in the glass and I pointed it out. The guy said it won't hurt anything. That was unacceptable. I asked for it to be redone. The next guy that came out was talking about the job the previous guy did. The new guy put the new window in and it was much better. However, my car was dirty again. I have a light interior and I can't get the stains out. I wouldn't recommend this company.

Got excellent mobile service, they met me on time during my lunch break to replace my back glass. Otis made the arrangements.Very satisfied.
