I came in to get my drivers side window replaced. They had my window in stock and were able to fix it in an hour. They also vacuumed and cleaned my interior as I had glass everywhere. Friendly and great customer service! I highly recommend them.

excellent work, courteous, and inexpensive: vandals busted out a fixed back side window - in Alexandria, go figure - and I searched high and low for someone that had used replacement glass for a lower-budget replacement. These guys came through when five or six other places told us it wasn't possible, that they'd have to order it and it'd be weeks. Also very expesive. I was amazed at Advance's speed and their very reasonable price. They located a new one for only a few dollars more than used, but the distributor had the wrong side in the box, so actual installation took a little longer than expected - they had to go to another place to get the used glass I was looking for to begin with. I'll be going back next time I need anything - no more searching!

I had this business replace a smashed window for me, but it was not properly aligned and fell into the door a week later. I had to get it repaired at another shop since I was out of town when it happened. They refused to refund me the money I paid to originally get it fixed. They will fix things for cheap price, but not stand by quality of work

Had my window busted into overnight. Called these guys and spoke with Charles, they had me in and out the same morning I called, AND sent me to a place to re-tint my window. Very professional, very quick, this is where you need to go for car window repair.

I'm having mixed feelings about this place. I call them around 11:00am to explain to them the problem with my vehicle. I have a 2001 ML430 and the drivers window was rolled down and couldn't come back up. While over the phone he gave me some possibilities as to what it might be. (I suspected the motor). He told me that it might be the regulator, wiring, or even the window switches that went bad. He then told me to bring it in and he would diagnose it. He explained to me while we were on the phone that if he didn't have time to get the part to fix it that he would be able to at least get the window up to the closed position. He charged $55 for that service but explained that the $55 goes toward the price of actually fixing the window so it would be $55 less I'd have to pay. I dropped the car off and 30 minutes later the window was temporarily fixed (meaning just propped up in the close position just so I don't get rain damaged or robbed). When I came back they told me the part would cost $350 and that they couldn't get it aftermarket. So I told him fine so if you order the part and I come back you will subtract the $55 from the total like you explained to me. He told me know we couldn't do that because it will be a different day. That it had to be the same day. On one hand they were quick and the staff was pretty good. I talked to a few of them but I didn't like the idea of being told one thing and then getting told something else after the fact. I probably would use them again for minor problems like cracked glass or quarter panel windows but anything else ill pay the extra money to Safelight or some other company.

My windshield cracked from a rock. I brought my car in for a full replacement, they gave me the best price in the area and also did quality work so that’s a win win. The employees were courteous and very professional! The only thing I’d say is prepare to spend a little bit of time here if you’re getting your front windshield replaced. Other than that an amazing experience and I will come back here if needed and send everyone I know their way!
