Where in there yesterday got a passenger window replaced on my truck for a $162 which is a little over expensive then they don't fully clean the glass out of my vehicle was in glass in the passenger seat still in my cup holder in the door bad customer service

Worst customer service ever, setup 5 appointments and didn’t show up to any of them and when I call back to ask why or how , the answer was I didn’t know that we where going to be busy, call me back tommorw maybe I can get to you like wow, not sure what kind of business are they running, this one got me wow

My rear view mirror cane off of the windshield and I needed it fixed. They were able to not only get me in the same day but also get it done quickly and at a very reasonable price. The staff is very nice. I will definitely come back and refer them to others. Thank you!

Awesome business, best price in town and got me in within a day when a tree branch took out my back window and windshield. They were able to replace both in 2 hours just as advised and did a wonderful professional job. Nearly $200 cheaper than Safelite and no BS. Highly recommended

Very nice people! I called a different place 1st, they couldn't get the job done until August 9th. I couldn't wait 6 days with my car window being smashed and completely open. My first phone call to Rochester auto glass the receptionist was so friendly and helpful, she said they could get it done in an hour and 15 minutes. I set an appointment for 11:00am (in 1 hour) that was awesome enough but I got a little delayed and had to call and let them know I was running a little late, the receptionist said, "No problem take your time." Then when I got there they took my car in immediately and were finished with it in 30 minutes. I was shocked, the whole process was so easy they made a rough start to my day so much easier and stress free. These technicians at Rochester auto glass are under appreciated and not given enough credit. Rochester Auto Glass & Mirror are my heros, I will NOT go anywhere else. Thank you guys so much!. I will recommend you to anyone and everyone I know who needs glass.

Fast and friendly service with reasonable prices. Couldn't ask for anything more! Called on Monday, and the replacement window arrived on Wednesday. Very quick installation.
