Prolite Auto Glass

This place feels like a scam. I was told I’d get $350 cash back—that was the only reason I went with them. When the techs arrived, there was no Prolite vehicle or uniform, just random third-party guys with a girl. They replaced the glass quickly, but couldn’t recalibrate my cameras. It took three visits to finally get it done. No one gave me my cashback, and when I messaged dispatch, I was ignored. Still haven’t heard back. Very unprofessional.

I originally went with safelite because I’ve used them in the past. I’m so glad they messed up. That’s how I found pro lite auto glass. They were half the price of safelite auto glass. Selected ProLite due to great reviews and past experience using their services. Filed my claim online with my insurance company and selected ProLite as my preferred glass service provider and Princess with ProLite called me within 15-30 minutes to schedule the appointment, which took place at my home so I was able to conveniently continue on with my day. Our technician, Carlos, texted with an ETA, arrived within the window of my appointment time, completed the work promptly, & was professional & very easy to work with. Highly recommend ProLite and will continue to use them for all of our future auto glass needs.

Great process! Quick text, a few follow up details and appointment that worked for me. Technician (Michael) was fast, completed all requests, and car was clean after ( I mention this because of spills or debris left in car from others in past). Would highly recommend company. Also, it is a bonus that they do the visor tint strip as well, this is what sealed the deal since I did not need multiple appointments.

I asked the dreaded question, "can I have my windshield replaced today, please?" Princess in dispatch put up with me, she was extremely professinal, patient and communicative. They found the glass and came out same day. The price was nowhere near what I expected, it was very fair. Then tech Mike came out same day, went out of his way to get the glass. He was professional and a good representation of the company. Thank you so much for putting up with all the requests. I will be loyal and only use Prolite. Thank you!!

Wonderful service! The entire process from calling in to completion of service was wonderful. Very quick and smooth throughout. Great customer service, great installation. They came to my apartment with no issues. My windshield looks fantastic. Definitely would recommend to anyone needing windshield replacement. Will be continuing service with them moving forward.
