Wonderful service! The entire process from calling in to completion of service was wonderful. Very quick and smooth throughout. Great customer service, great installation. They came to my apartment with no issues. My windshield looks fantastic. Definitely would recommend to anyone needing windshield replacement. Will be continuing service with them moving forward.

Selected ProLite due to great reviews and past experience using their services. Filed my claim online with my insurance company and selected ProLite as my preferred glass service provider and Princess with ProLite called me within 15-30 minutes to schedule the appointment, which took place at my home so I was able to conveniently continue on with my day. Our technician, Carlos, texted with an ETA, arrived within the window of my appointment time, completed the work promptly, & was professional & very easy to work with. Highly recommend ProLite and will continue to use them for all of our future auto glass needs.

My friend recommended Prolite to me after my insurance company wouldn't cover my windshield replacement. I called the customer service rep at Polite and she was so super sweet and understanding over the phone! They provided a very reasonable quote and scheduled to fix my windshield within two days. Ideally this would need to be an immediate fix, but I'm sure they are booked and busy at all times. Their friendliness and kindness is worth waiting for two days! Great process! Quick text, a few follow up details and appointment that worked for me. Technician (Michael) was fast, completed all requests, and car was clean after ( I mention this because of spills or debris left in car from others in past). Would highly recommend company. Also, it is a bonus that they do the visor tint strip as well, this is what sealed the deal since I did not need multiple appointments.

Prolite Auto Glass handled my insurance in an efficient and professional manner. They were at my home on the date and time specified to replace a windshield. The technician was courteous and knowledgeable of his job. He replaced my windshield quickly and problem free. He also made sure to clean any debris. I would recommend Prolite Auto glass.
