Prism Auto Glass

I drive a newer Subaru and purchased the warranty on my windshield at the time of purchase. I took a rock a few weeks ago, and submitted a claim with my warranty company. I was told that I would have a hard time finding a company willing to work with a warranty company. I called John at Prism and I was shocked at the level of customer service I received. He called the warranty company a couple of times and worked everything out with them. He found a windshield within the day and had my windshield replaced and calibrated within 48 hours. He came to my home to change it out, and assured me that if there were any problems with the windshield functions, that he would personally take my car to one of his partners to be adjusted. The replacement took an hour and everything is working as it should. He called after he was done to double check that everything was functioning properly, and also provided me with a warranty on his work. I will call John in the future for all of my auto glass needs. From the initial phone call, John with Prism was very professional. He answered every question with no hesitation, and shared his knowledge with me. I want to tell you what, at the last minute I needed this glass changed in my truck and John was there within 2 hours. Fit me in in the schedule at the end of the day right before dark. It knocked it out for me. Couldn't have had a better experience with a busted windshield

First off, I LOVE their website. I was able to enter my daughter's car info and get an instant estimate for replacement. When it was all said and done, it was actually cheaper than the estimate! We have used Prism for a windshield replacement and door panel. They offer mobile services so they went to our house for the windshield and to her place of business to replace the door panel. I usually don't write reviews, but I wanted to let everyone know that PRISM Auto Glass is THE BEST!! If you're needing auto glass, & want a reasonably priced, hassle free transaction, with great quality work, look no further! I want to save everyone the time & headache like we had, of wondering who they can trust to do the job professionally, reasonably priced, that's dependable, prompt, & provides excellent service. I highly recommend PRISM! There is a very good reason why they have an ALL 5 Star rating on here from all their customers. My husband had first called a very well-known glass company that advertises on Tv. He told her that it would be Self pay (not through insurance), so we needed to go the cheapest route possible.. & after answering a bajillion questions she had, she proceeded to tell him the high price quote, & was trying to schedule him for that next week. He kindly told her that we couldn't afford that much right now, & that he'd get back with her. She then quickly dropped the price, by saying that she could "remove" the cost of the new wiper blades.. Wiper blades?? What?? Who asked for wiper blades?? Not us! (That doesn't sound like the cheapest route possible to me).. At that point, he asked her exactly what all was being charged in that quote, & she named off a $40 "recycling/disposal fee".. He told her that he would dispose of the windshield himself, so she could remove that fee as well. She then said she could NOT remove it, because it was Government mandated! Which is not true, (as I found out later). Anyhow, she was like dealing with a pushy used car salesman throughout the call, so my husband finally just ended the call. No thanks! I then Googled Auto glass companies, called a couple, 1 didn't even answer their phone, & we got a quote from another.. But then I found PRISM! Thank GOD!! John answered the call, asked me the pertinent info of the vehicle, gave me a price, with no hidden fees, no added fees, & no Gov't disposal fees, and no "Pushy sales pitch!" He was very nice & accommodating & since it was a very reasonable quote, I asked him about replacing the windshield on our other car as well, as there was a crack that had gotten bigger over the years, so he gave me a quote on it, & even gave a little discount for doing both of them on the same day. So we hired him to do both! He said he could do it the next day (Saturday), as he purposely had not scheduled anything for the weekend, as it was supposed to rain. So we were blessed, & he was able to get them installed the very next day before the rain came! Thank you so much John! We appreciate you & your company! 5 Stars all the way!! Prism auto glass literally saved the day. I had contacted every windshield replacement company within the area and every one of them couldn’t get to fix my window until the next day. I called prism And talked to Jon and asked him is there anyway we can get this done today and he made it happen and made it look easy thank you guys
