I’ve never had a worse experience getting my windows tinted. I was referred by my company for my new fleet vehicle. From the very beginning there was so much miscommunication on when my coworker and I made our initial appointments. We made two separate appointments and was told it was only going to take 2-3 hours. He mentioned to my other coworker it would take 3-4 hours. Being mindful that I’m taking the day off work ( I’m in outside sales) so I need my car. I had to make arrangements to get there in 2-3 hours then was told (with 0 communication) that it was going to take another 2 hours… 5 hours total. I then had to wait 2 hours somewhere else at a restaurant because he was behind. My coworker had been in the area from 1-6pm just waiting for her car as well. (Didn’t communicate that someone called off until later that evening) which we would have completely understood if he told us. Then texted me it would be ready at 5pm. He did NOT even start the job yet!?… I dropped my car off @12… and he didn’t even touch my car until 6:30pm. My coworker was waiting since 1pm and she didn’t leave the facility until 9pm. I had to leave my car because we had plans that night. I have never been to a place that takes this long. We think because we weren’t paying cash and it was through our company that we were last priority. Look, I get it. You are a small business and need to make money but it isn’t our fault that our company is paying for this service? We would have just appreciated communication that if he was behind then to just tell us so our time isn’t wasted either. So inconsiderate that we had to take off work and had to Uber places back and forth because of his miscommunication. So disrespectful for our time. We count on our sales to also make money so for him to just tell us different times and then we show up to find out he didn’t even start it or touch our car is so disappointing. We were made aware from the guys at the front that they are separate and the guy that does the tint has no correlation with the business because I think they understood the situation. Actually, I look at it as yes he is representing the company if he’s the one doing the tints for the business. We are also in the servicing industry and have coworkers who just received new cars and we will not be referring any of our coworkers. Btw, one of my coworkers windows were not tinted and it was missed so we are figuring out what to do about that. Anyway, I’m personally not coming back.

Yesterday, I had the good fortune to come across the business information for PRIME WINDSHIELDS! My right front passenger window was broken and I could not drive around with all of the windows up with that ONE down. Couldn't wash my car, afraid it would rain, etc. All of the things that can wrong at the same time. Well for some reason I answered the "CONTACT US" page. The best decision I made in a long time. I was offered for them to come out, but after discussing my dilemma, it was best to take my car to them, I felt so at home with Eddie & Lily that the part I had purchased - I left with them overnight. Today I received the best service, had a great time talking with Lily until I almost forgot what I was there for. The estimated time I was given was spot on, the cost really threw for loop! I actually had money left that I had set aside from getting other quotes. I can not say enough....ANY TIME you need a new windshield, cracks and little dings - GO TO PRIME WINDSHIELDS! Not only will you leave with $$$$ in your pocket, I'm sure you will feel the same as I do. I FELT AT HOME!!!! I asked for some business cards to take to my church, and to give out to anyone I see that needs their service. And lastly, I challenge anyone to go to PRIME WINDSHIELD. You and your pockets will smile! Plus, Eddie cleaned my windshield as my car was so dirty, he wanted me to be safe! Now if that ain't family, I challenge anybody that reads this review to prove me wrong!

They did a terrible job on my windshield replacement. First time, the left molding was lifting. I can tell that the installer tried to fix it before he left because there was sealant residue in two places. Second time, I brought my vehicle into the shop for them to fix it. They replaced the molding, which is great but now the top part is not installed with quality care. The top part is not consistent, where there are a few spots that appear to be forced in or smashed into the windshield causing deformity of the molding. Not to mention, they left a few micro scratches I have on my paint. I’ll have to live with it now. Very, very poor quality work, I highly suggest and do not recommend coming here at all!

Had the best experience this afternoon at Prime Winshields! On the phone Violet was very informative and helpful and they gave me the best prices I’ve ever seen! I called to about 10 different windshield places and I’m glad I chose this one! Eddy came to me exactly at the time he said he was going to arrive and did my windshield in only 20 min, he took the time to carefully inform me of after install instructions and made sure I was happy before he left. If I could give me more than 5 stars I would without a doubt, they are mobile and they paid me to replace my windshield.
