My rear window was blow out from the recent hail storm. I first called and they set up a mobile fix. The guy showed up on Saturday and was professional and kind but the work order he had was for a windshield. So he did not have the right part that I needed. His manager then called and said they would order the correct part and i could go into the store monday morning or have a moblie come Wednesday. I said I would come in on Monday and she said it was first come first serve. So I showed up at 8:45 and dropped it off. By 12:30 I still had not heard from them. I called 5 times before I got to talk to someone. The man said that they haven't touched it yet and was waiting for the vendor. So they still didn't even have the part in. I had to go to work so I called another 6 times before being put on hold for 10 mins. By then I had made it to the store and walked in. I told them that when it was done that they needed to call my boyfriend so he could pick it up. My lunch time is 5:30 at that point I had a voice mail saying the car was ready. My boyfriend had never got a call. I called them and they didn't answer. I called again and asked why they did not call him. She said they most of not read the note. I told them he was on the way to get it and gave them my card info on the phone. NOW DURING ALL THIS NOT ONE PERSON I TALKED TO SAID SORRY ABOUT ANY OF THIS. It was the worst service I have ever got.

Another 5 star review for these guys! I've had them do a few windshields and their prices are always great and they do top-notch work. My auto body guys recommended them too. My last project was a 1985 Toyota truck that they no longer make the window molding for. But these guys took it on and went above and beyond to make it look amazing and at a really fair price! They also do chip repair and all other auto glass (beyond windshields.) I will only go to these guys from now on and will recommend them to all I talk to as well.

The fact that I had to use Premium Auto Glass twice in two weeks was most unfortunate. I saved up for 5 years for a new truck, and in a matter of two weeks I had a window broken out by a thief and a chip in my windshield. I called my dealer and they were the ones to refer me to Premium. With the broken out window Premium came to my work, and removed ALL the glass from the door and vacuumed out what I missed from the first round. The tech did an awesome job, and was friendly and professional. With the rock chip again they were friendly courteous and got the job done quickly and professionally. Nothing but good things to say about both interactions with these guys!

The technician was rude, he ripped the fabric on the ceiling of my car, left glass all over my car despite leaving him a blanket to reduce the amount that would be on the seat where my dog and child sit. There was glass all the way down the driveway, not just behind or in front of my car but 2 car lengths down the driveway. I asked the tech if he could vacuum some of it up since we are an animal hospital and if that gets in an animals paw it would be bad. He ignored me and left glass everywhere. I tried to call premium auto glass many times since without an answer, I left a message. The customer service is very poor! I wish I would have gone with satellite, my ceiling would not be hanging down at this time. The windows however do look great. Which is why i gave more than 1 star. The technician came out and fixed the fabric hanging from my car. He also vacuumed up the rest of the glass and apologized for the mess. I appreciate the followup. I would use them again.

We had two stars on our windshield. Told us there would be no charge to fix them. A young kid told us “it’s not a guarantee he can repair them”, so he took our vehicle and drove it in the garage, we waited in office. Not even 8 minutes later he handed the keys to office person and left, she gave us our keys back and said your done. OMG it looked the same, he didn’t do anything at all, what a waste of my time. I think there hoping I’ll come back for a new windshield since the stars were still there. I’ve had stars repaired before and it’s usually a 15 minute process. I am totally disgusted with the service here. No wonder star repair is free, they do nothing to fix them.

Why use the National brands? These guys are the BEST. Home town service at national pricing. They have worked seemlessly with my insurance company. I have 10 cars. They have treated me fairly on cash windshields. They have come to my home on a Saturday to do my large work truck. They have scheduled three of my vehicles to do all at one time. They have special ordered hard to get glass. They have performed many chip repairs for me and I never had one "run". I would never call anyone else. When your insurance company transfers you to the national brand for a schedule, tell them "I want to use Premium Auto Glass in Arvada". By agreement, they have to let you use them, at the same price.
