Amazing experience!!! I had been searching for a glass replacement company for over 6 months. Every company was very expensive or unprofessional. I called Premiere Auto Glass and spoke with Amanda and she gave me awareness of the Arizona Glass Waver with my auto insurance. I explained to her that my insurance did not provide this information to me so she set me up with a quote and was very patient while I got it straightened out with my insurance company. My insurance company took care of the waver and Amanda worked her magic 🪄! She set me up with fast, professional and quality service. I now have a new windshield that I can see clearly out of without paying an arm and a leg! I am so happy and grateful for the overall service! I would recommend to family and friends! They won’t disappoint! I asked for a quote through Premiere's website and was contacted via email and telephone within a couple of hours. Once the right windshield was determined, I was quoted a price that was much less than other companies. The replacement was scheduled for the very next day. They came to my office at a time convenient for me. The technician was professional and did the job quickly and well. Google reviews on this business are largely good so I made an appointment, wanting to support small business. But then I read the Yelp reviews and was concerned. Since I had already made the appointment, though, I decided to go ahead and use these folks anyway and I'm glad I did. Making the appointment was easy. They answered all my questions about the process, rebates and such, and they came and replaced my windshield the next day. Brad, the tech, was on time and professional, and I could tell he was taking care not to damage anything on my truck while doing the job. He even went the extra mile to make sure the glass and rear view mirror were perfectly clean when he was done, and he used black tape on my black vehicle instead of the usual bright blue tape that everyone drives down the road with for the next day. I appreciated that. Then to top it off, I received a Venmo transfer with the rebate that very evening. I have zero complaints.

I got my windshield replaced here no longer than two months ago and the center rear view mirror completely detached from the windshield while I was driving. There is glass damage, as seen in the photos. The center rear view mirror was glued to the windshield. Is this how it’s supposed to be done? I’ve never had this happen to me before, and have never heard about this type of malfunctioned quality of a work from a “premier” business. I highly do not recommend coming here.

I had a windshield replaced where I volunteer. Quentin came and called me as he was on his way to me. He was great, very accommodating, professional, personable, and efficient. Top-notch customer service. In addition the person I spoke with to make arrangements was very help full with contacting my insurance company to get the authorization. It mignt not be for a while, however, I will call them for any future car glass needs.PositiveResponsiveness
