Precision Auto Glass

These guys were awesome. I pulled in right before quitting time with a rock chip that happened 5 minutes earlier. They were finishing up two other vehicles. I'm sure they just wanted to go home, but they got me right in and took care of the chip. With the freeze and thaw going on, I'm sure the crack would have spread. They stayed late and took care of it. My windshield is heated and only available via dealership. They saved a lot of money for me. THANKS!!!

First thing I liked about Precision Auto Glass is when I called, I talked to a human being, right away. He was very polite, and gave me a very reasonable price and lead time within minutes. I had called Friday afternoon, they ordered the windshield I needed and got me in first thing Monday morning. The few guys I talked to dropping off and picking up were all polite, and very helpful. This is the kind of service that you hope for and then some. I hope I don't need another windshield any time soon, but if I do, I will call them again!

I have nothing but great things to say about EVERYONE at Precision Auto Glass. I joked with them yesterday that I have unfortunately become a frequent flyer with their business. They went absolutely above and beyond for me after a few unfortunate events with my windshield on my new car over the last few months and because of that, they have a customer for life. I can't thank them enough for their excellent communication, generosity, and kindness. I would absolutely never hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Someone had bashed in my back window, I called and spoke with Jeff at Precision to get a price and when they could get it done. Precision was a reasonable price AND they could get it done the NEXT day! They also did an amazing job of cleaning up the glass from my trunk. (Hopefully this never happens again) but if it does, I will be calling Precision

Jeff and his crew got me in right away and saved me from a very expensive windshield replacement with a repair. In fact, they got me in before they officially opened for business. Because they were willing to do that for me, I woke up early and drove 50 miles to have them work on my truck. Awesome experience.

Excellent experience! Turns out the ding in the windshield of a car I had borrowed was already repaired and nothing further was needed. They spotted this right away instead of taking my money they told me what to look for as far as when it would actually need further repair. Hopefully I won't need auto glass repair anytime soon but would go here first. Also had I needed a repair, their price quote was much better than the nationally advertised folks.
