The technician arrived as stated he would. He was kind, courteous and extremely knowledgeable about windshield replacement. The windshield in my car was completely replaced in about one hour from start to finish in a totally professional manner. Last night one of our service trucks went down after the windshield got hit by a object on the highways and blew out the windshield. Pinardville saved us HUNDREDS on a windshield replacement we needed for our new (to us) Subaru to pass inspection. A chain glass shop in the area quoted us over twice as much as we paid with Pinardville. The installers were incredibly quick and professional; they were done in twenty minutes, tops. They were also very helpful in instructing when to remove the auto tape and how to make sure the caulk cures correctly without damaging the seal. I strongly recommend Auto Glass Now! They were by far the cheapest quote that I received to replace my windshield, and the fastest to respond. My windshield required calibration, which was costly, but they called me instead of emailing like other companies. Theyexplained the cost, appointment process, etc. Everyone from the customer service rep and the installers were very Easy to work with and pleasant. Great experience overall.
