My main complaint with this company was not the people that had to come out to install my cracked windshield, but with whoever the person is that had to order the glass for my car. First after I filed the claim with my insurance company, they told me that Auto Glass Fitters would be contacting me by the end of the business day to set up a time to come out. They never did. Several days later I had to call the insurance company to find out if the claim was denied and they discovered that Auto Glass never reached out. They did quickly call and set up an appt for the next week. However, they called the day that they were to install the glass to say that the glass came in cracked and that they had to re-order it. Fine, no problem, we rescheduled for 2 days later. 2 days later, the person came out at the end of the day to install the windshield and once in they could not put the rear view mirror on, realizing that it was for a different model car. Ok, mistakes happen, so he called and had the woman re-order the glass and they would call once it was in. 2 days later I got a call and it was in and we rescheduled and had them come out, but it once again was the wrong size, only discovering it after it was installed. Ok, now I am getting really frustrated. So, they re-order it and I get a call the next day to get the VIN # so they can be sure to get the correct size. Then NOTHING never heard back from them. Called their "Call Center" in Pennsylvania, a week later and asked why I hadn't heard back. They called Manchester, but "couldn't reach the person who orders the glass." They supposedly left a message with her to have her call me. Guess what, SHE NEVER DID!!! I called a day or two later the Manchester office and they once again sent me over to Pennsylvania call center. I angrily expressed my frustration and they said, "Oh ya, it is in, someone will call you tomorrow to set up a time to have it installed." I asked why nobody ever called me to tell me the windshield was in when it had been a week and they did not have an answer. The poor glass installer comes out for the 15th time and installs it and the mirror would have fit, but the clip broke that holds the mirror from too many previous attempts to get it clipped in. So, he is going to have them order the part from the Dealership. Same deal, a couple of weeks go by, I hear nothing, call and scream at them, they look into it and IT HAD NEVER BEEN ORDERED!!!! AHHHHHHH Really? Finally the part comes and the poor guy has to come to put this stupid little part in at the end of his very long day. SO whoever is the person who orders the glass is the problem, but the glass fitter guys were fabulous. This whole process took over a month! Absolutely unacceptable. They did pay for the clip that broke on the mirror, but despite that, it just shouldn't have been so difficult!!! Seriously. Very very frustrating and if I were to have this happen again, I would likely insist to my insurance company that they allow me to use a different company!

Professional and fast service! Great quality at a great price compare to other windshield repair places nearby. The representative who called on the phone took care of everything, including calling the insurance company representative so I could start the claim right then and there. The technician who installed our new windshield called ahead, showed up on time, and did a good job. I think this is the second time we've used their services, and will again!

I had a big spiderweb cracked windshield, about a foot and a half across. Definitely needed immediate replacement. Insurance company put us in touch with this company. After a delay due to our windshield not being in stock, they finally replaced it. But now I'm seeing a distortion in the glass right about in the low middle of the windshield. It's not enough that it would be dangerous or anything, but is mildly annoying.ServicesAuto windshield replacement

I talked to a total of 5 different companies and Auto Glass Fitters was not only the cheapest, but also one of the best customer service departments I spoke with. I was lucky enough to have them come to my house and replace my windshield. John was very nice and professional. The weather was not the best but he didnt let that phase him. I did have to call back for a quick fix because my wind shield wipers were not aligned. What was great is John came to my work within a few hours of me calling, fixed it, and made sure I was there to confirm everything was right. I greatly appreciate Auto Glass Fitters and John. I wont go anywhere else.

TL:DR: Geat price, great employees, great work, great company Look no further folks! I called around for quotes like anyone else. Auto Fitters beat all the other prices by at least $100 (I paid $225 for my Nissan Versa). So I call them to schedule a time to bring my car in. Lady on the phone.... Lovely! So personal and friendly I wanted to invite her over for the holidays. So I asked when I could bring my car in to replace the windshield. She says they had an opening the next day for them TO COME TO ME! Hold up, I don't even need to come to them? That's right, they take care of everything. This is during the Covid-19 crisis. I was called that morning and given a time window. The tech was there within that time. He did all the work outside and we did the transaction over the phone. So easy, so professional. The guy even put all my stickers (registration, town Finn, ez pass, etc) back on my windshield. Those were being held on by scotch tape, so how he got them back on without tape is some sort of black magic, which is fine considering it was included in the price.PositivePunctuality, Quality, Professionalism, Value
