Horrible experience. I called and received a quote for $99, and booked an appointment. They required I give them my charge card to reserve the appointment--which I stupidly gave them. Josh called me for more details and also asked for photos. A bit later I saw that they put a pending charge of on my card of $120! I talked to Josh who said it should be $110, and when I shared the office quoted $99, he said, essentially, too bad. So I cancelled the appointment. Josh confirmed I cancelled...but today I saw they went ahead and charged my card $120. I called office and Josh, but have not heard back. Put in a fraud dispute claim on my card. (And got my windshield fixed very nicely from someone else for $79!)

Amazing work and service. I called Sunday night and a Robert took care of my driver’s side windshield the next morning. He did a great job and was very personable. 10/10 would recommend
