Novus Auto Glass - Quick Response Emergency Service

Awesome service, professional , friendly staff and quick service! I called yesterday because my windshield was hit with a rock on Monday by a construction truck. I called yesterday they were quick to give me a quote and schedule me for the next day. They worked with my insurance and was so easy and I file the claim and they got it right away and scheduled me for the next day!

Tried to get my window replaced at home in Aroostook County. Every place was 2-3 day shipping and couldn’t get it in to be repaired for over a week. Called down just to check an availability….. they got my window in and fixed it for me the next day. Some places need to take notes from these guys on how to run a business. Can’t thank you enough, (they even threw some replacement tint on to boot)

Driving the interstate on Monday afternoon and a rock hits my windshield and cracks it. Called Novus Glass and spoke with the owner. He explained what I needed for my insurance and ordered my parts. Had an appt for Friday morning at 8 am. Arrived early and two of the technicians were in their cars. The minute I arrived they went into the shop and opened. One even brought me my coffee from my car. Was in and out in an hour and a half. The employees were fabulous!! Very friendly and helpful ! I highly recommend this glass company. Thanks guys!!

11 out of 10. I've had to do glass repair on my car a few times (not in Maine) and this is hands down the best experience I've ever had with any vehicle repair of any kind. Your experience may vary but they had my Honda windshield replaced in 45 minutes. Very pleasant staff and the price was right. Hope to never need them again but if so I'll be returning here without a doubt.

Went back due to a rick hitting my windshield. They quoted me a price $30 less than what my deductible through my insurance would be. Not only was it affordable, but they took me right in and i was on my way windshield fixed in no time. Friendly, helpful staff. Waited 30 days and still no glass from another glass company. Novus got me right in the next day and even though we hit a bump I still had my glass replaced in less than a week. I will definitely use them again.
