Amazing owner and staff working at this place! Came in on 2/9/24 @ 2:30PM for an appointment. They got me in very quickly. Could have been in sooner but couldn't on my end. Very great schedule took them 25 minutes to put in my new windshield. Did an amazing job at re-mounting the ACS and Rear-View Mirror. Got in and couldn't tell there was glass in the window. Did an amazing job at installing no marks, fingerprints, or scratches. Clear as day! Very great business. Owner is a very kind man thanked me personally for choosing him to do the replacement. Best rates in siouxland. $350 for a total windshield replacement everywhere else around is 420+ for a 4 Door Sedan. I will be back and I encourage you to choose them. Midwest is best!

Called for an estimate on a side window, was booked within 3 days and the job was complete in 30 minutes or less couldn’t ask for better service will be returning for more window and windshield work!, really friendly staff , found this business randomly by going to a gas station across the street and what do you know they have awesome customer service and service workers thanks guys!!!PositivePunctuality, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Professional service at its best. The whole crew is unbelievably exceptional. Because I drive and older semi truck (97) no one in town had my windshield. Not even the dealer. The ones that did couldn’t replace it till 2 weeks out. These guys not only had it in stock but were also able to get me in the following day very early in the morning allowing me to make my delivery on time. Great people , amazing prices , excellent customer service. A true leader in the industry.

Review after owner response to 1 star rating with no review.. I do pull trailers of all kinds and one late night in a dark lot I turned to sharp to the right, the corner of the trailer made contact with the passenger side of the cab and rear window cracking the glass. It wasn't a "jackknife" and yes it was my fault. That being said. I had submitted a quote request to a large nationwide glass company and was quoted $678, I then looked for a local company and was directed to this business. On April 4th I contacted them, via Google messenger and requested a quote for my glass, I was detailed as to year, make and model as well as the fact that it was heated and with a power slider. On April 5th they responded with a quote of $385.48. I then asked how soon they could get the glass. I was informed the next day. I was asked to provide 1/2 upfront inorder to order the glass. As I was on the way to Ohio, I had no way to do so and informed them of this. They agreed to order it any and then we agreed that I would call Thursday to confirm a appointment time for Friday. When I called Thursday they "lost" the email conversation and were unable to order the glass. Understandable, things happen. No big deal, we then discussed again my glass. And I was assured they would order it and have it on hand by Monday for the next available opportunity for me to get thru town to install it. I called a week later to check if they did get it on hand and was assured that it was. We then made an appointment for the following Thursday. I went several hundred miles out of my way in order to get to the appointment. When I arrived Thursday I was informed that the glass they ordered was specifically for the slider and nothing else. And that the whole window cost was almost double of the initial quote. I was very disappointed as I had been clear multiple times that it was the whole window that needed replacing. I was asked if I still wanted them to order the correct glass and I politely declined. I was not insulting in any way. Just disappointed. I am sorry the owner was upset by a simple 1 star rating and no comment. I had hoped to support a local business rather than a national company but I will be giving the other company a call.

Midwest Mobile Glass is trustworthy and reliable; they’ve replaced my entire windshield, fixed small cracks, and been honest with me times when I didn’t really need to spend the money repairing because it wasn’t in my field of vision and they didn’t think it was likely to spread. Honest to a T, and they do impeccable work. Everyone I’ve dealt with there has always been kind and honest, and I can’t urge you enough to give Midwest Mobile Glass a try and save yourself some money from what that one particular well-known national chain glass repair-replace company is going to charge you; my difference was approximately $200 (before taxes), and that was enough to turn my head. Their work holds up — I’ve never had to go back and have anything redone, nor have I ever had any cause for the slightest complaint with MMG, which are two things I cannot say about that big-name national glass company I was just talking about. Trust me; I’m not the kind to talk up anyone who doesn’t earn it; just look at my other reviews! I tell it like it is all day, every day — choose Midwest Mobile Glass. You won’t be disappointed.
