We had a window regulator break while in town from 4 hours away. Called Dakotaland and even though he didn’t have time to fix it, he offered to tape up my window free of charge to get me home. This world needs more people willing to help others out when needed

Stopped in to have a chip on my windshield checked out. The gentleman informed me it had already been repaired and did not try to trick me into having it repaired again. Honest people.

The answering machine indicates calls will be returned the next business day, but this is simply not true. I’ve called multiple times and been on hold for over 30 minutes, and when calling during business hours (just after 5:00), I get the answering machine claiming the office is closed despite the hours stating 8 to 5:30 Monday through Friday. I’d like to support local business, but Dakotaland Autoglass makes doing so very difficult.

Your staff is EXCEPTIONAL, OUTSTANDING, AND THANKS FOR NOT BEING ROBOTS! I was waiting for a window switch to come in and was worried about the weather. I call places closer to my home first but was transfered by a automatic phone answering system and hung up on. THESE GUYS ANSWERED THE SECOND RING! THEY TOOK CARE OF ME.
