Everyone at this business is awesome. They are very professional, they do fabulous work and all of their employees always greet me with a smile. I couldn't ask for a better place to get my glass work completed. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

This is by far the absolute best place in the entire area to get any sort of glass either replaced or installed. They not only specialize in replacing any broken glass window in your vehicle-whether it’s the windshield, back glass, any door glass, or even the side view mirrors (and they’ll order the exact same glass that comes from the factory in your car, or a cheaper option if you’d like) and they do an excellent and surprisingly fast job at replacing the glass. I just had my new BMWs rear door window busted out by some thief to steal things from inside and Metz was the cheapest place in town by FAR. Several places wouldn’t even attempt to replace my window because they “won’t work on BMWs.” And Safelite was literally twice as expensive. I called Metz on a Thursday and they obviously had to order my window and due to the weekend, it arrived on Monday (which is still a timely manner IMO) and they installed my new window as soon as I arrived monday and it only took maybe an hour or so from start to finish to fully replace it, which is a testament to how well Dennis, the technician who replaced my window, is at his job. He removed the entire inside door and trim as well as the outer door trim and old window and weather stripping and installed the new one and made sure it was perfectly aligned and that it rolled up and down as it should before he replaced everything, which he did so very quickly, efficiently and professionally (and there was a LOT of pieces of trim and such to replace on the door and it was complicated to do as well, due to it being a German car, which are notorious for overly complicated things.) He also made sure to get out each and every last bit of glass from inside the door as well before installing the new window. Once he was done you’d never know it had a completely shattered window an hour prior. It was so much less of a headache than I anticipated and was definitely quicker to replace too. I cannot recommend Metz enough, and I thank the owner and his wife (who runs the front end and ordered my window for me and is also very kind and helpful) and a huge thank you to Dennis for removing and installing my new window so quickly and professionally. He clearly knows his stuff, as he was able to do the entire process whilst talking to me in the garage. Also, if you need ANY sort of glass or window or anything for your home or business-like in your bathroom or shower doors, gym, etc) definitely call Metz first. They offer literally every single type of glass that exists and have samples in the front office/showroom to let u see in person what it looks like, and I assure you it’ll be installed perfectly and for the absolute best price in town. Not to mention everyone who works there is extremely kind and helpful and I just cannot thank or praise them enough. Not to mention they’re a local business rather than a huge national chain and id much rather support the real people that live and work and provide for my community than a huge chain. And the Metz family have been in the business for almost 100 years! So you can be sure that you’re in good hands with people who know their stuff.

I am very pleased with my new windshield from Metz Auto Glass. I have an established relationship with them from previous work done on our vehicles. They went out of their way to keep us updated. Excellent price, great work, and overall they will remain our only auto glass company.

This is hands down the best place in a 60 radius if you have any glass needs. The employees are extremely professional and wholesome. They make you feel at home from the moment you walk in until the time you leave. If this place can't make or fix what you need then no company can. No matter what I will always go to this place for my glass needs. Thank you Mr Metz for your help and your time.

I called around to all the glass places I saw in the phone book and on the internet for the Fort Bragg area, trying to find a place that would make a glass for my coffee table and fix the broken mirror on my dresser. I needed a business that would pick up the items, fix them and bring them back. Every business I called told me sorry and suggested another glass buiness name for me to try.....Finally after calling 7 businesses, METZ was suggested and the rest as they say is history. I called and scheduled and the gentleman came out and gave me a free estimate and I was pleased and decided to do business with METZ, so he loaded the items and took them to the shop and 10days later, I had my items delivered to me as good as new. I am completely satisfied with their cost and service.

Horrible customer service. We waiting 3 weeks to get an appointment just to have the owner call me and say they can’t do the work. I literally called more than 5 times to have someone come out. Customer service is horrible and representatives complain that the owner is always out of pocket. I’m a veteran and am use to people doing what they say they will do and Metz did not. Complete waste of time
