I recently had my windshield replaced on my 1999 Volvo S70 here at Master Auto Glass. I specifically wanted a Pilkington windshield, as they are the original OEM supplier of Volvo windsheilds and are much higher quality than the less expensive Fuyao windsheilds. When I called Master Glass with this request, they delivered on it! Other places I had called said they could only get their hands on aftermarket, and this proved that the other places just wanted to save money. The lady I talked to on the phone was extremely kind and helpful, walking me through the process of dealing with my insurance company. The service was quick, only taking a little over an hour. The installation has held up well, I haven’t noticed any leaking at all. I highly recommend Master Glass for your windshield replacement!

I recently had a problem closing the sunroof of my Acura. I sought the assistance of several mechanics and auto body shops and even you tube videos to correct the problem, but to no avail. I took my car to Master Glass in Weymouth, MA and thanks to the wonderful people there, namely Luciana who was unbelievably helpful and David, the technician, the problem was solved in about 45 minutes. A tiny rock was stuck in the glides of the sunroof and David using his common sense and mechanical skills was able to dislodge it. I couldn’t believe it! Furthermore, Luciana suggested the service was free, but I couldn’t agree to that after spending all day with other shops and dealerships, etc. Luciana finally agreed and charged me a minimal “diagnostic” fee (as compared to an $1100 tear down estimate from the Acura dealer). My problem was solved! In today’s economy where many big business disguise their greed through finely appointed (you pay for) waiting rooms and coffee stations, I could not be more appreciative and thankful for the terrific customer service at Master Glass in Weymouth and the common sense skills of David who saved me thousands of dollars! Acura should be ashamed and Master Glass should be congratulated. Needless to say, I, completely recommend Master Glass to other vehicle owners for their skills and tremendous customer service. Job well done and thank you! 5+ Stars!

I went to Weymouth Glass after waiting for over a month for the installer affiliated with my insurance company (Safelite) to get an OE windshield for my new car. I had been told the glass was on backorder. I called the dealership to verify the glass status and was referred to Weymouth Glass - and wow am I glad they referred me. Weymouth Glass had me in for installation of a brand new OE windshield two days later. As I waited for the installation, which took an hour including camera realignment, I overheard similar stories from other customers dealing with the same former installer. The process to get a referral from Safelite to my own chosen installer (Weymouth Glass) was easy - I just had to tell Safelite who I chose, upload a few pictures via smartphone, and wait about 4 hrs for the claim to be cleared and transferred. I was nervous at first but glad I took those few extra steps. I had a great experience at Weymouth Glass while at the same time supported a local business with a great product, process, and work ethic. Thank you Weymouth Glass!

I had a crack in my windshield and also water was leaking into my passenger side through the rubber seal in the top right of my windshield. When my fiance sat in the passenger seat when she got up she noticed the whole seat was soaked and we discovered this at night so we couldn't do anything about it right then. And just my luck a blizzard was hitting where I live the next day so I had to get in fixed fast and in a hurry! And that is when I called up Master Glass in a panic and Luciana the manager answered and basically just told me to get there. So when I got there she had a new Mopar glass windshield already waiting to be put into my Dodge Challenger 392 hemi scatpack shaker which I just recently had purchased and saved up for a while to be able to buy my car so I was very nervous but Luciana assured me everything would be ok and not to worry. The worker Julio who put in my new windshield couldn't have done a better job and I came to find out he has a dodge challenger also so that made me feel good cause I knew then he knew how to work on those type of cars and that I was in the right hands.At the end of the day everything went perfect and my car was going to be saved from the blizzard that was starting that night! I dont know what I would have done if I didnt call Master Glass because they were excellent 5 star service and they basically saved my car from getting ruined and did it all in a couple hours. So if you ever have anything wrong with your car and it has to do with glass please do yourself a favor and call Master Glass you won't regret it! I wish I could do all of my vehicle's service here! I had been trying to find someone to repair my rearview mirror for days. The few places that answered their phone were unpleasant and unwilling to help. When I called Master Auto Glass in Weymouth, a professional named Dave told me to come right in. Although I arrived at almost closing time on a Friday, Dave made me feel like he was happy I came in. He took my car in the shop, found a replacement for the bolt I couldn't find, and even vacuumed the floor. While waiting for less than 20 minutes, I overheard the owner explain the insurance claim process to a customer in the most respectful, kind, and honest manner. Luciana at the front desk & I talked Jeep like old friends. Also, the cost was far below what would have been fair. Weeks later, my mirror is like new and I am still grateful for their kindness. This is not just a great business; these are wonderful people. Thank you!

I was looking for someone to fix a rear quarter panel window on short notice. I called several places and most couldn't help for 4-5 days. Several didn't even reply to my voicemails. I was so fortunate to speak with Luciana at Master Glass. She was so kind and helpful. She confirmed they had the window in stock and got me in for repair 3 hours later. She even helped me speak with my insurance company and complete the claim on a 3-way call. While I was there, Scott helped me with wifi access so I could work. He was very friendly and professional.
