Do yourself a favor and don’t go there. Mine was a simple job of sealing the windshield on my Chevy van. After the first visit things seemed fine until…. The rain was falling inside my van. I went back and the guy just took some silicone and slapped it under the outer rubber gasket. With the next rain it was raining inside my van, again…. So I went back to this shop. The owner pretended not to remember me. After some memory exercises he did. Didn’t fix the problem that day though. I had to come back a few days later. This time they removed the windshield again and resealed it, again…. Meanwhile the owner has been the rudest proprietor I had ever met. He won’t look you in the eyes and makes you wait forever for a simple reply. Not even a ‘good morning’… To sum it up: unprofessional, lousy, rude, and unreliable. Take your money elsewhere. There are many other glass shops in Queens. Update 03/18/2024: the rain is still falling inside my van. Absolute garbage service.

The job done was a TOTAL SCAM! NEGATIVE START if it was possible. I had to replace the windshield of a 2022 Audi Q3. WRONG CHEAP GLASS INSTALLED and BIG DAMAGES TO THE CAR. NO DESIRE TO EVEN SOLVE THE DISASTER! They said they would have came at premises and get all done for $500. They installed a cheap $300 glass and after that the all electronic of the car, including cameras and sensors were all screwed up. They said to bring it to the shop and they would have fixed for additional $325. When got there no workers were at the shop and to bring it to a 3rd party shop. There we were asked to wait 1 hours and we got the car back after more than 3 hours with the issue persisting. Movil tried again another day and. We were than told by the 3rd party that some sensors were damaged, after the windshield replacement. We agreed with Movil to bring it to Audi and to be refunded by them for wrong job and damages to the car. We even offered Movil to take back their glass. Movil avoid us several time until when today we were told they wouldn't do anything about it.

Some lowlives smashed my windows, safelight didnt have anything available for a week... called Movil, they saw me immediately, processed it through my insurance, finished quickly and dit a greta job, and were super nice, its a family run joint. Really happy with my experience with them!

DO NOT GO HERE. They do reasonable work if it's straight-forward, but if anything goes wrong they won't help you. I wasted many hours of my time and effort over three visits. I have a Saab that is difficult to source parts for. I knew this and warned them of this many times and insisted that they check the parts before starting the work. They said everything would be fine. Then, after two hours of waiting, I'm told the parts are wrong, and I've given my car back left in pieces and barely drivable. I even came back with the correct parts on my own time, and he AGAIN screwed it up and further refused to help. I finished the work myself. And frankly did a better job. And I'm just a doctor not any sort of mechanic! Just took some patience. They are unwilling to own and rectify a mistake, and that's the worst kind, in my opinion. You don't get any expertise here. STAY AWAY. There are limitless other options all around.

Excellent work, dropped the car off at 5:30 PM, the job was done by 10:30 the next morning, fair price, friendly people. Rear passenger window for a Subaru Crosstrek, not a big deal. Highly recommended if you're in the neighborhood.

Bad experience. I used the shop for replacing the front windshield on a 2023 Toyota. The Toyota dealer told me the wrong glass was installed at Movil and the lane assist would not function correctly which also killed the auto lights on/off. I had to go back the next day to have the glass removed and a second windshield installed for the correct year. Carlos from Movil was upset and asked why I went to the dealer to have it looked at and that it did not need calibration. Unfortunately that was not true as the Toyota was throwing warning lights to have it serviced at dealer.ServicesAuto windshield replacement
