Im not someone to leave a bad review, but this place takes the win. I was told the job woul take 3-4 hours, i waited 5. I had a bubble in the driver window the next day, and there is another bubble in the rear passenger door 2 weeks after i got them done. Also there are razorblade scratches all around the outside of my windows, when i took the car in they told me they dont use razor blades to cutt the tint and those scratches were already there. No accountability not to mention they didnt even want to help me out. Liars and bad service. I would recommend paying a little extra and get it done right somewhere else.

Only giving them 3 stars because I didn’t actually have work done by them, I called yesterday to set up an appointment spoke with a young lady for my windshield and was told they could get me an appointment for the next day which was perfect I was payment ready and wanted it same day but they didn’t have availability so I didn’t mind waiting! I had already provided them with vin number and car info was told my glass was in stock and appointment was set, (or so I thought ) she even took my name and number. they told me I would have to go to them to install which is a little bit of a problem because I have a small child and a home visit would be more convenient for me. So the lady on the phone said “let me see if we have any available appointments for them to come out to you I will let you know before 4:30. Hours passed and still no follow up so I called them back to confirm if they could do the at home appointment and was told she would have an answer for me in the next 20 minutes, so I said thank you and proceeded to wait for my call back. hours passed again and they never called back, the next morning rolled around and I called them again to see about my appointment. Now I was told “sorry our system was down and they wouldn’t be able to get my glass in for 3-5 days. How is a glass you just told me was available yesterday no longer available all of a sudden? And there was never a mention of a system shut down during any of the other calls? definitely not pleased with the customer service I received. if the system was down from the beginning why not say that instead of lying? This is the first time I’ve ever had to call and follow up with a business to take my money. they must be doing very well if they don’t care about following up with customer who are ready to pay.

Stay away, negative reviews are on the spot.. bad communication, lack of professionalism, quick to diagnose take money but fails to provide quality service! Don’t speak to the “manager” because communication is lost between her and the tech . There’s video recordings that are not available but she will point out when she scatters for answers that are questioned and is not sure. If they take your car parts, request them same day otherwise they will tell you they keep them for 30 days as proof of warranty but will discard them next business day . beware!

Really BAD service and experience. I set an appointment to tint my wife’s car on a Saturday. We asked for an additional service (windshield tint). Due this the lady told us that probably the car will be ready on Sunday morning because this additional was not on my main order. We receive a call at 3 pm around and the person on the phone confirmed us that the car should be ready to pick up on Sunday. She shared us the phone number to call to the person in charge when we where on our way. When we arrived on Sunday the first thing that we noticed was that our car was not around the shop and started to called and text them nobody picked up the phone, nobody was on the shop. (We literally called around 50 times) After 3 hours calling and stoping twice at shop and fit to all of this lack of communication we decided to go to the police station to try to find a way to get solution. Staying there we received a call from the shop. The guy told us I am sorry I just receive your message I am off today let me figure it out who was the person who should take care of your car… The next call was excusing his colleague because the guy was sick but he never reported nothing never call us to say hey I am sorry Can you come on Monday o whatever… . (Something that we understand life happens…) In addition, he told me that he was one hour and half away and he had to come and tint my car because the person in charge did not do nothing. He offered me a $100 of discount but in that point it was not matter of money otherwise we had asked for a discount when decide to tint in his shop. It was more matter of bad service, bad communication, and lack of responsibility. Such a unpleasant experience we decide to go to this shops based of its reviews but no thank you.

I never leave any reviews, but for this I have to. Took in my car for tints. 05 acura rsx hatchback, Was told $175. With a additional $80 fee to remove old tint. Unusual. I agreed. My car was done fairly quick and the tint looks great. Before I dropped my car off I had cleaned the inside. Just a minor vaccum and wipe down. Upon receiving my car and paying a big fee. The inside was dirty with pieces of tint film in the back and in the trunk was muddy foot prints as well as my leather seats. I am the kind of person that understands sometimes people make mistakes, because I do work in customer service field. I didnt think anything of that. Also the following day my hatch was sealed shut with the glue that drips from the tint. Thats another strike. No big deal. But this is what made me leave a review. There was a razor blade in my childs car seat that i didnt notice until I was removing him, thats a big mistake. Review your car upon departing.

I brought in my 2019 Kia Optima to be tinted and I asked for 20% on the back and 35% on the front. First off they over charged me, second of all they gave low quality tints you can tell by the film on the inside as well as outside they are all very light (not true to percentage) and third of all the receptionist Angelica is one of the rudest people I’ve met in customer service and neglects proper customer care. I called to inform them that the tints are not true to the percentage I asked for. I came in again and Mr. Ocote read off the percentages on my Kia with a machine and said it’s very accurate but the machine read higher than what I ordered (40% in front and 25% on the back) so when I asked him why that happened he stated it was due to it not being accurate...he also informed me they have 2 types of tints and the ones I got were of the cheaper quality. With that being said I paid for a warranty and asked if they could simply change my front windows to their (20%) since multiple people took a look at them and all said they are lighter than they should. Instead of fixing them for it not being the service they over charged me for they also informed me I would need to pay an additional $100 to fix what they did not do correctly the first time. I also took in my 19 Nissan Kicks that I had tinted in a different facility to show them it is not true to what I asked for. They neglected to fix it and to see they provided poor quality service all around. For the price I paid it should have been done correctly. Worst service I’ve received.
