As a business owner myself, I know the value of excellent customer service and quality work and this company absolutely delivered on both. I brought in my 2025 BMW X5 for a windshield replacement, and from start to finish, the experience was outstanding. The secretaries deserve special praise. They were incredibly welcoming, well-organized, and genuinely attentive. It’s rare to find front desk staff who balance efficiency with warmth so perfectly. They made scheduling and communication effortless and were a true reflection of how well the business is run. When it came to the actual work on my vehicle, I was beyond impressed. The technicians handled my BMW with care and precision. The windshield replacement was done flawlessly no corners cut, and the car was returned in pristine condition. It’s clear they take pride in their craftsmanship and treat every car as if it were their own. I don’t give five-star reviews lightly, but this team earned every bit of it. Highly recommended to anyone looking for reliable, high-end auto glass service. They’ve definitely earned my trust and future business!

After having been blown off by a national glass installer's completely missed our scheduled appointment, my son contacted these folks, got an appointment for but just hours later, showed up and they resealed our windshield for 1/2 the price quoted by over 8 other shops who required total replacement. . . These guys could not possibly have handled our needs any more perfectly, were extremely reasonable and KEPT THEIR WORD exactly!!! Why go anywhere's else, you could not possibly find a more competent, friendly or more professional glass installer, at even twice their most incredibly reasonable price!

They successfully replaced the windshield of my Bolt EUV 2022. Active safety features like adaptive cruise, pedestrian detection, rain sensing wipers are all working fine. If the replacement is not done right, the car may need calibration for these features which requires a dealer visit this about $200. The price was competitive and the service was excellent. The crew was great to work with. Thanks Judith, Juan, Isaiah. One minor downside is that the office is rather spartan. There are sofas to sit on but not but there is no work desk. However, there is a Dunkin' donuts right across the street. The service took about 90 minutes.

First time I had to get a windshield replacement. I first called and asked questions about getting work done which turned into bringing my vehicle in. They ordered the glass and scheduled me within a week. My appointment was less than an hour long, windshield looking brand new with a lifetime warranty. The pricing was reasonable (compared to paying roughly $700 through Safelite) and I definitely canceled my previous appointment I had with another company. Will definitely recommend coworkers and friends about this place.

I am so impressed with this company. I called and made an appointment. Not only did they call to confirm the appointment the morning of they were also on time. They came to me, which with my schedule was a wonderful thing. It took him approximately 20 minutes (It could have been less) to install the windshield and it looks great. They said it was guaranteed as long as I had the car. the gentlemen that installed it was kind and very courteous. I will do business with them again and refer anyone looking for glass work right to them. I have already told a couple people. Also I couldn't believe the unbeatable price they gave me, everyone else was so much higher. If I could give them more then five stars I would. Thank you guys for the great experience.
