Replacing the windshield initially was good but everything after that went down hill very fast. Getting them to follow up much less follow through with calling you back never happened. Now we are having to replace the lower seal ourselves to get this done. I called these guys on a Saturday morning because the rearview mirror had fallen off my Honda Odyssey but because of the backup camera attachment, this made the car undrivable, as the mirror was hanging there like some big heavy dangerous pendulum. After exchanging some pictures, they assured me they would be able to make it by same day. They arrived in the early afternoon, were very professional and competent. This had been repaired before but I felt like the guys from Lowe did a better job at fixing it, so hopefully this time will hold (day 3 -- so far, so good). The cost was absolutely affordable -- especially for a Saturday house call -- wow! They seemed really busy, but still got the job done in good time. Very prompt and professional! GREAT PRICE! $450 even for the two windshields i had replaced (depends on vehicle), much better than Safelite or other companies in the area. Very quick and efficient EVEN IN THE RAIN! We had two windshields replaced, they had them both in and out in about and hour and a half. Very fast service and great costumer service as well! Horrible communication and scheduling, and I'm pretty sure I was lied to at least once. He would never call me back and let me know what was going on; I always had to call him only to be given an excuse. They probably shouldn't offer mobile repair services if they can't be anywhere when they say they will. When they did finally show up, it was an hour and a half late. Service was extremely quick, only 30 minutes, but updating customers and keeping to a schedule needs an enormous amount of improvement.

On June 3rd Mr. Rafael was contacted about replacing a windshield in our van. He was informed that the vehicle windshield needed to be replaced by June 6th. He assured us that he would be to our home on Wednesday to put the windshield in. Wednesday came and no Mr. Rafael, my husband reached out to him only for him to say the windshield won't be in until Wednesday evening. So he was suppose to come Thursday. No show. Finally he contacted my husband stating that he could do it at 6:30 a.m. on Friday morning, ok. He gets tonour home at 7:20ish only to tell me that his secretary ordered the wrong windshield, the part that threw me was he made that statement without any apologigetic in his tone. So he told my husband he'll have it Tuesday. We informed him that we would be our of town. But he finally put the windshield in on June 14th. I'm glad that everyone else had a better experience with his service, because his service was awful in my book.

I called to schedule my windshield replacement the young lady that answered the phone was respectful and very helpful once the appointment was scheduled they came and fixed it they was professional and very respectful and quick and very affordable.. I will make sure I recommend them to anyone that need there glass repaired.
