I am so grateful for John and his team. I called he told me to come on in, it was about a hour and a 1/2. I drive from my house. However, it was worth it. The customer service, along with the job performance was extraordinary. They had me in and out in under an hour and the price couldn't be beat! If ever in the future their services are needed, I will make that drive all over again! Go and ask for John, tell him Mia sent you!

Omg someone broken into my window and i immediately contact police & also had to googled a quick fast cheap place to replace my window. Low Price Auto glass popes up. Austin John & Sam were great! provided me with great customer service & a very good price austin gave me an honorary price and he was absent the next day, but John kept his word and gave me the price that Austin granted me first i thought that was Awesome!!! Saved me sum money!! I highly recommend this business! & will be back!!

After a recent trip, we returned with a crack almost halfway across the windshield. I called Snellville Low Price Auto Glass, and they ordered a new windshield that day, to be installed the next day. In about an hour the next day, they installed the new windshield, made sure the sensors all responded and read info correctly, and I was back on the road without any crack in the windshield! The guys in this family-owned business were professional, helpful, complete in their answers and descriptions, and great to work with. Im very grateful for their help!

I’m writing this review because of the people at “LOW PRICE AUTO GLASS”…especially employee Mr. John! John, and the expert technicians in this auto glass shop, are a joy to have met. I had an issue with water coming in from somewhere above my vans roof! Thinking that it was coming from my duel sunroof, I researched places that specialized in this area. I made the call and spoke with John, a very knowledgeable and polite young man, and explained my situation and he made no promises, but said come on in for a “Free” analysis. And I did! Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to get an answer to my exact water leaking issue, coming in my driver side seatbelt compartment, overhead. But, it’s not for a lack of trying. John, and the guys in the shop, did everything they could to find the issue without removing the inside interior headliner. These guys are the best! Though I didn’t leave with answers, I did leave with a renewed sense of professional kindness, and a new business that I can use in the future for any automotive glass/window repairs or replacements. Thank you John.

Would definitely recommend!!!! I’ve taken my 2022 BMW to them two times now. 1st to fill a rock chip which everything they explained to me was exactly how things went. 2nd was for a new windshield due to another rock chip spreading quickly. With my windshield repair they have my windshield in stock, THE PRICE WAS AMAZING couldn’t beat their pricing, the time for them to do the work was 15-20 minutes under the time they estimated, the person who repaired my windshield did a excellent job. I have 0 complaints nothing, but good things to say about this business. The staff was also very friendly and could answer any questions I had from start to finish.

I came here to get the glass on my car replaced due to a crack, and the entire experience has been frustrating and extremely disappointing. After waiting weeks just for them to get the right glass in, I then had to wait hours at the shop while they worked on the replacement. When I finally got my car back, I noticed a large dent near the glass that wasn’t there before. I brought it to their attention, but every time I call or try to follow up, I get the runaround “the manager isn’t in,” “we checked the cameras,” or claims that there’s “no way” they could’ve caused the damage. It feels like they’re avoiding accountability and not taking my concerns seriously. As a young Black man, I can’t help but feel like I’m being dismissed and taken advantage of, despite being a respectful, paying customer like anyone else. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and feels discriminatory. I expected professionalism and care, and instead, I’m left with damage to my vehicle and no resolution. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
