They must use the cheapest glass there is , after about 3 weeks , micro chips all over the glass , I do not recommend them , it should be against the law to use low grade glass like that

Prompt, Professional BUT NO clips or mouldings to replace windshields of 1994 and 1996 Honda Accords. And no advice on where to look for such materials, TK.

They did a great job on my windshield and took care of the insurance claim. They even showed up to do the work while the car dealer had it in for service.

I'm a Jeep shop in Mesa, I've had LOTS of windshields, maybe hundreds by now, replaced here in Arizona. While K&B was great in the past, they are now just like every other cut and run glass company. I recently had K&B out to do two Jeeps. Well, on the first one, they miss cut the exterior moulding by almost an inch, and instead of a new moulding, they elected to paint the difference, AND chip the paint on the Jeep. On the other Jeep, a K&B's installer removed and discarded a moulding they needed for installation. Now, instead of ordering the correct part (only available from the dealer, but he didn't want to spend the money) he was attempting to force an aftermarket piece of rubber in place, but wasn't having any luck. When I asked why we didn't just get one from the dealer, he said he didn't call them, and since it wasn't available aftermarket, he wouldn't get one. Calls to the office were ignored. They had already charged my credit card, so I'll now have to file a claim with them. I also have to order the parts they messed up and threw away, then schedule a professional installer to fix what they wouldn't or maybe couldn't. To make this even better, the guy that came out for the install was the MANAGER OF INSTALLERS! This is the guy who is TRAINING! He only blamed his other less experienced guy who ruined and threw away the part they needed. Seems to me, they are only after the quick buck, and not actually doing quality work. Pretty sad, because I'd dealt with Cynthia for years previous with no issues. This is crazy though, and the least I can do is make Doug famous. Just call Safelite, they are reliable, and can afford to remedy their own mistakes.ServicesAuto windshield replacement
