Scratched my car, and left chunks of glass on the front seat and in the console. Next time, I’ll pay a little more for someone better quality and more professional service. And there’s a small shot of glass now glued to my hood near my windshield. Finally my rearview mirror vibrates so bad when I’m driving that I can’t see out of it, but it wasn’t that way before I took it to have my windshield replaced. Spent a few hours fixing and detailing my car after I took it to this place, don’t make the same mistake as me.

Spoke with Christine who was lovely and was super accommodating with trying to get our windshield repaired, but ultimately the warehouse where they kept the glass was too far for us and the next availability for mobile visit was too late we were unable to avail of their services. 5 star customer service regardless. My only minor complaint was having to follow up on information but I understand things can be hectic and I may have been impatient following up an hour later.

I was recently a victim of vandalism and theft when someone took a sparkplug to my driver’s side window while I was at work and took my belongings. Kristine was extremely kind and helpful with my situation and was able to drop the price considerably given that my insurance wasn’t going to pay for the damages.
