I broke the rear window on my pickup the day before I was traveling on vacation for memorial day weekend. I called the morning that I was leaving and they had the window I needed, came to my house to install it 4 hours later and we were able to enjoy our holiday. Excellent experience working with JDAL! I called for a quote on Monday morning, and Hilmer got back to me that same morning. I was able to get my windshield replaced within 2 days. The price was good compared to others (I got a couple of other quotes beforehand, and this was the best price). I was told that the installation would take place between 9-10am. Hilmer and team got the job done by 9:20am, which was great! I also really love that this is a mobile service. This saved me having to pay for an Uber and going through the headache of dropping off and picking up my car from the shop. The rear window to our new truck broke while on vacation in another state. Insurance approved repairs would take weeks to do. We could not wait that long to have the repair done so we called these guys on our way back home and they were able to order the part and make the repair next day. Great communication and work.
