Glassify Mobile Auto Glass in Reno, NV

My windshield was severely pitted and so hard to see through after years of commuting to Carson City for my job. I decided it was time to get it replaced and Glassify was highly recommended by a ton of people in a local moms Facebook group. Nothing against the corporate/bigger companies, but I prefer to support local business when I can as I am a local business owner as well, so I was delighted to find out there was a local company to utilize! And woman owned, even better! It was a great experience, amazing customer service, fast scheduling, and they worked with my insurance for all the financial aspects! Also so nice that they came to my home for the service and I could still drive my vehicle right after they were finished! If you have mobile auto glass needs, definitely reach out to Olivia at Glassify and she will make sure you are a satisfied customer!

Stay away from this company! They do not guarantee or provide any warranty on the repair! My plastic trim clips were damaged during repair and issues only surfaced later on, when I was driving during high wind. My plastic trim broke off and flew away. When I reached out to get it covered they told me that it was not their fault. I guess " All labor in connection with the repair is guaranteed " doesn't really hold any weight ‍ Edit: To comment on the owner's response below: I did reach out before posting this review and was told that the damage was from old age and their warranty wouldn't cover it... On a 2019 40k miles car haahahah yeah right. Also windshield wasn't altered since repair.

I contacted Glassify after asking the service department at my local Volvo dealership who they reccomend to work on windshields, was told to contact Olivia at Glassify. I called her, she provided an estimate to my insurance company and was very helpful in getting me an OEM windshield. Made an appointment, Olivia was already there at the appointed time, came back an hour later and the work was done, it looked like it was done at the factory, in addition, Olivia wiped down the entire outside of the car so it was clean when I picked it up. Highly recomend using Glassify for your windshield needs.

Olivia went above and beyond to help replace our vandalized car window from SF. We were staying in So Lake Tahoe and wanted same day service so we could move on and enjoy our vacation. We met in Reno and she made time to schedule us into her day! Closer auto glass replacement companies quoted near the same rate, but couldn't get the window for our older vehicle for 2 or 3 days. Her team is professional, clean, and performed a quality installation. She was very accommodating and great at communicating via phone calls and text. Thank you! One satisfied customer!

On Monday 2/10/25, I tried to contact to receive a quote on a windshield replacement for a vehicle and there was no response at all. They state to allow 24 hrs for a response but still up until now I haven't heard a response back. Having seen this, I went ahead and contacted a different business. I contacted Brite Glass and they were willing to assist right away in getting me a quote and were also available to get me in the next day with the windshield on hand after the call which was amazing. Glassify is terrible and can't even respond to potential customers while Brite Glass knows that they can't afford to lose customers and delivers work flawlessly.

I will just have to add my 10-⭐ rating to the hundreds of others out here. I have nothing to say but awesome praise and will tell everyone forever to use this company. Olivia was amazing and I know I got not only the best service and warranty, but also the best price. I could not be happier! She and Dan went out of their way to talk about other issues going on with my vehicle that they didn't even have to do. They go above and beyond and I have nothing but huge high praise. Thank you!
