J&J AUTOGLASS

I had a crack in my windshield that was too big to repair. I need to get my vehicle inspected and had to repair it. I called many places. My insurance deductible was 500$ so this would be out of pocket. I have recently been in the hospital for over a month and in a coma for 8 days. I am unable to walk without the aid of a walker so I was trying to avoid taking the car somewhere. After comparing prices (I am on a medical leave without pay) I chose J&J auto glass. The woman that answered the phone was very re-assuring that they could assist me in any way possible to accommodate my disability. I was very nervous but true to her word there was two men waiting for me when I arrived. They assisted me inside and did not hurry me which allowed me to walk as safely as possible. I believe they were the owners themselves (I have had difficulty remembering names since my coma). Everyone made sure I was comfortable and they actually had two people work on the windshield to decrease my wait time. Everyone was VERY respectful and caring. I was treated like I was the most special customer ever! The whole experience was excellent and the money that I saved was almost half of the cost other places charged. I must also add that my experience of being a woman and especially since I became disabled was unfortunately that most companies and especially men usually try to take advantage of me. This was the first time that the actual opposite was true! So ladies if you want a good deal and especially if you want to be treated with respect do not hesitate to go to J&J's autoglass!

I can't say enough about how amazing this business is! First off, their pricing is so much better than all of the others and the big name franchises. You do have to go to them but its so worth it with saving over $200 with them than you would with the others. They did amazing work, they were kind and generous. Second, they were accommodating. I was doing homeschool with my kids while we waited and they made sure to tell me to use the wifi as there isn't great signal in the building. Third, they gave me new wipers for free and that just made my entire day. Fourth, my kid asked if they have lollipops and they dug into their own stash for them, haha! I don't really take the time for reviews but they deserve the few minutes! Please give them a call, you won't regret it!

Had my driver's door window replaced this morning. Unfortunately a rock busted out my window when mowing my lawn. I called them yesterday and they got me in first thing this morning!The owner did a great job and has a great personality! The rest of the staff were great as well! I can say that I am very pleased with their professionalism and work. When I brought my 2020 mustang to get the windshield replaced, they informed me through the physical inspection that they made, that there was a dent on the front bumper that I didn’t even know was there! Exceptional five star service!!! I had a cracked windshield replaced by "J" yesterday and every aspect of this transaction was professional and courteous. I got an appointment easily. I knew up front what to expect with regards to price and installation. They were on time, fixed my wipers (no charge), and were able to transfer my inspection and registration stickers from the old windshield to the new (saving me a trip to DMV). They tightened a loose rearview mirror (no charge) that several trips to the car dealer couldn't accomplish. If only more businesses were run like J&J autoglass....
